I, personally, enjoy both silent vlogs with only natural asmr sounds as well as those with instrumental background music. However, as both a musician and a person who suffers with misophonia, I find that the ones with soft/instrumental background music balance the sporadic/arrhythmic friction that can be triggered in the no-music silent vlogs. Many people suffer from misophonia without knowing it - some have never even heard of it, so they can be turned off by the no-music vlogs without actually knowing why. You may very well gain more subscribers by continuing to include very light instrumentals in the background, keeping the natural sounds dominant (as you have done in this video). This vlog was perfect for my taste, but if you drop the music a bit lower than this one, it may be a pleasing balance for both viewers who like the background music as well as those who prefer the natural sounds. Thank you for adding some peace and beauty to this chaotic world! 💜

We are both retired and we have a front flower garden and a veg garden in the back garden. We plan to have two big no dig flowerbeds and a wildlife pond this year.

Sage nemorosa caradonna, Orvala, Trollius chinensis, Delosperma, African daisys, Cosmos, knapweed and cranesbill geraniums. I will grow delphiniums and foxgloves from seed for the new beds and I can split a lot perennials from the front garden for the new no dig beds.

I can only imagine how vibrant and colorful your garden must be, creating a truly picturesque and lively environment. Sounds like a true paradise for yourself and for the wildlife - I absolutely love it! I planted quite a few new flowers this season too (Agapanthus is one of them and I love it! I'd love to bring more yellow flowers to my garden this season and start growing climbing plants on that side of the fence too. I got some Bidens but noticed that something enjoys eating its petals 😅) and sowed a lot more too. However, in my garden through experience, I’ve found that most of the seeds often get eaten by critters, and not many actually pop up. I'm really looking forward to Penstemon, Sweet Pea, Hollyhock and Cosmos that I've sowed. So, when I see new heads showing, I get so happy
ps. If you have any recommendations for evergreen climbing plants, I would be very grateful. I love ivy because it provides great coverage and it's fast-growing, but I'd love to grow something that flowers on that side of the garden. Clematis looks lovely when in season; I have just planted 'Darcy.' I also have Star Jasmine, but it doesn't enjoy the soil and, no matter what I do, it seems to be struggling.

The tricky part is that our council won’t take it, so I have to hire a private company, which can be quite expensive, not to mention the cost of gravel! I’m aiming for a low-maintenance garden, so real grass isn’t really an option for me. I’ve also recorded the process of making a path from broken slabs in one of my vlogs, if you’d like to see how that came together. Hopefully, things will come together soon! Ah, got it! I hope my google translated it correctly but I think you might be referring to my herb garden on the windowsill? The water you see is likely from rain or accumulated cooking steam on the window. I actually created this windowsill herb garden using potted herbs I found at the grocery store and then transferred them to a larger container. To ensure better drainage, I added some gravel to the bottom of the planter and filled any gaps with extra soil. The herbs I used include parsley, oregano, thyme, and garlic. I always use the same planting technique, which you can see in my video 'My Garden Indoors: How to Transform Your Console for Spring,' where I demonstrate planting spring bulbs in shallow containers. We are both retired and we have a front flower garden and a veg garden in the back garden. We plan to have two big no dig flowerbeds and a wildlife pond this year.

@@CreatingCosyHome I love all the flowers we have Alpine flowers, Agapanthus, Astilbes, Alstroemeria, Lilies, Dayliles, Calla lilies, Hostas, Astrantias, Peonies, Crocosmia, Hebes, Fuchsias, Brooks thistles, Rudbeckia, Echinacea, shansta daisys, salvias. Sage nemorosa caradonna, Orvala, Trollius chinensis, Delosperma, African daisys, Cosmos, knapweed and cranesbill geraniums. I will grow delphiniums and foxgloves from seed for the new beds and I can split a lot perennials from the front garden for the new no dig beds.

I can only imagine how vibrant and colorful your garden must be, creating a truly picturesque and lively environment. Sounds like a true paradise for yourself and for the wildlife - I absolutely love it! I planted quite a few new flowers this season too (Agapanthus is one of them and I love it! I'd love to bring more yellow flowers to my garden this season and start growing climbing plants on that side of the fence too. I got some Bidens but noticed that something enjoys eating its petals 😅) and sowed a lot more too. However, in my garden through experience, I’ve found that most of the seeds often get eaten by critters, and not many actually pop up. I'm really looking forward to Penstemon, Sweet Pea, Hollyhock and Cosmos that I've sowed. So, when I see new heads showing, I get so happy
ps. If you have any recommendations for evergreen climbing plants, I would be very grateful. I love ivy because it provides great coverage and it's fast-growing, but I'd love to grow something that flowers on that side of the garden. Clematis looks lovely when in season; I have just planted 'Darcy.' I also have Star Jasmine, but it doesn't enjoy the soil and, no matter what I do, it seems to be struggling.

Thanks so much, I’m really glad you like the garden! 😊 It’s actually in the slow process of transformation - I’m doing everything myself on a very tight budget, so it’s a bit of a stretch in terms of time. The vlog you watched was actually the very first one I made, but if you'd like to see how my garden looks right now, please have a look at my recent slow living vlog. 😊🌿 I’ve already removed one part of the turf and I’m hoping to get the rest done soon. The tricky part is that our council won’t take it, so I have to hire a private company, which can be quite expensive, not to mention the cost of gravel! I’m aiming for a low-maintenance garden, so real grass isn’t really an option for me. I’ve also recorded the process of making a path from broken slabs in one of my vlogs, if you’d like to see how that came together. Hopefully, things will come together soon! Ah, got it! I hope my google translated it correctly but I think you might be referring to my herb garden on the windowsill? The water you see is likely from rain or accumulated cooking steam on the window. I actually created this windowsill herb garden using potted herbs I found at the grocery store and then transferred them to a larger container. To ensure better drainage, I added some gravel to the bottom of the planter and filled any gaps with extra soil. The herbs I used include parsley, oregano, thyme, and garlic.
I always use the same planting technique, which you can see in my video 'My Garden Indoors: How to Transform Your Console for Spring,' where I demonstrate planting spring bulbs in shallow containers.
