We, Alexander and Olesya, bought this house in an abandoned state. The house is located in the Forest Village on the edge of the forest. Since the house already has heating, now we need to take care of preparing firewood. Today we prepared firewood and cooked a delicious traditional lunch with homemade dumplings.

Dumplings recipe:
🥘 LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
DOUGH:
• 250 ml warm water
• 1 large egg
• 5-6 g salt (1 tsp flush)
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 550 g premium flour
Dough yield: 870-890 g
Knead the dough, wrap it in film and let it rest for 10-20 minutes. After this, the dough will become elastic and easy to work with.
MINCED MEAT:
• 500-550 g meat
• 3-4 cloves of garlic
• 150 g onions
• 8 g salt
• 1 g pepper (1/2 tsp)
Minced meat yield: 650-700 g
