    Thank you for that information. I panic every time I get near the machine. I was so worried about my systolic. But now you say it can go up to 130 systolic. My dr wants 120 systolic and I don’t always register that.

    Don't want to tell a doctor his job, but pulsatile tinnitus is a symptom of high blood pressure. I know this because I have it.
