This NEVER gets old! I'm just recovering from a serious illness and I watched this and laughed my arse off for the first time in AGES!! I LOVE YOU, FAST SHOW!!! Xxxxxxxxxxxxx
When this was first show on TV,I was already a huge fan of The Fast Show. I'd taped it and just come back from the pub. I watched all the regular sketches and when I saw this, I roared with laughter. I bet Guy Ritchie was heartbroken.lol
The Cardinal isn't 'going for a tour' He says 'George; Pont de la Tour' - a posh restaurant near Tower Bridge (geddit) which was ever so trendy when this was made.
Tommy Pockets, what he didn't know about villainy you could write on the back of a pack of crisps,if he could write, which Tommy couldn't hahaha Comedy Gold :-))
He made one with Madonnna that wasn't cockney villlans. No one liked it. Then he went back to cockney villans and narrators for "rock and roller" I only remember the trailor and the subways making a cameo.
Great send-up. Ever notice how the "comedy" in Guy Ritchie gangster movies consists solely of characters responding sarcastically to each other in a pronounced Cockney accent?
Yes Tombom, your comment is highly amusing, I might have to be resuscitated soon. Now run along, I've got a couple of Northern monkeys to sort out, you slag.
'Turned up to my cousin's funeral wearing white jeans' is the funniest line ever.
Out Rageousement! 😣
The maggot!
‘The maggot!’
This NEVER gets old! I'm just recovering from a serious illness and I watched this and laughed my arse off for the first time in AGES!! I LOVE YOU, FAST SHOW!!! Xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Superb - the contrast between Vinnie Jones and the intellectual Graeme le Saux is especially good writing
Lost it at "Owen Unconvincing". 🤣
Sums up the British film industry over the last 15 years, but funnier.
"... and Graeme Le Saux!"
You definitely wouldn't want to mess with The Cardinallllll
He might have to bash the Bishop.....
After Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels was released in 1998 every single British gangster film was like this.
When this was first show on TV,I was already a huge fan of The Fast Show. I'd taped it and just come back from the pub. I watched all the regular sketches and when I saw this, I roared with laughter. I bet Guy Ritchie was heartbroken.lol
This is brilliant 😅😅😅
To this day I still can't figure out if Guy Ritchie films are badly made or not 😁😁😁
It’s like every cockney gangster film ever made ,accurate to a tee
This is honestly one of the best pieces of British tv ever
Brilliant parody of Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.
The Cardinal isn't 'going for a tour' He says 'George; Pont de la Tour' - a posh restaurant near Tower Bridge (geddit) which was ever so trendy when this was made.
The Cardinal destroyed me.
Tommy Pockets, what he didn't know about villainy you could write on the back of a pack of crisps,if he could write, which Tommy couldn't hahaha Comedy Gold :-))
this is one of the greatest sketches ever written!!! love it
First class English deconstruction of every film Guy Ritchie has ever made.
I thought it was a Guy Ritchie film......his best one.
They shoulda made a whole film of this. Just brilliant!
They did - it was called Snatch.
Ashley Pomeroy
Snatch was about Gypsies, not Cocknies. Those cocknies probably took a right bovver to that liberty wif their reputation yeah.
5 people have shoved 'alf of Tower 'Amlets up their 'ootah.
Seeing 'The Gentlemen' made me think of this.
He stuck 'alf of Tower Hamlets up 'is 'ootah!
This sketch and the mr Wells one are easily two of the best from the fast show. I bet Guy Ritchie was gutted 😂
Lmao Mr Wells.
“That’s the single…”
Best sketch of the 90s!!!!
owen unconvincing hahaha!!
Did Guy Ritchie make another film after this sketch? This is a satire so brutal (and richly deserved) it seems to have ended his career
Hope so. We don't hear much from him these days.
He made one with Madonnna that wasn't cockney villlans. No one liked it. Then he went back to cockney villans and narrators for "rock and roller" I only remember the trailor and the subways making a cameo.
Don't forget King Arfur, you melts. I expected them to turn in the Queen Vic......proper naughty.
@@geoffpoole483And TF for that! Posh bloke attempting cockney. Eesh...
SLAYG!!
All it needed was John Actor!
El puto John Actor!
He's a tough, uncompromising cockney in Shut it, Monkfish!
If you've never seen Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels don't bother, just watch this as it's much quicker and infinitely more entertaining.
Directed by Sam
(That's ultra Cockney slang. Sam = Clam = Clam Chowder = Itching powder = Makes you itchy = Guy Ritchie).
All you need would be Regan and Carter from The Sweeney turning up to arrest the lot of them....."You slag Regan"....."Shut it"
We avent had our tea yet sunny 😅
LOL "The Cardinal"!!! Wouldn't mess with him XD
Absolutely mint, geezah!
I just like hearing him say the title! "Iiiit's a royt royal Cockney Barrel o' monkaaays!"
Simon day makes this for me.
love this sketch, wicked pisstake
Hoxton's new crew.
"Starring. ...Christian Public School Puff"., Oh , my sides.
Tristram Public School Puff.
Aka Guy "Titty Titty Titmarsh" Ritchie
Billy Braindamaged LOL
This reminds me of the gentleman
...and with Gangsta Trippin by Fat Boy Slim playing in the background!
Graham le saux, priceless
2 people turned up to my cousin's funeral wearing white jeans. The maggots!
top draw comedy from the masters of the fast show. . . . . : )
Rhys Ifans.....Rhys Ifans again, Kathy Burke and Graeme Le Saux
The bit where Whitehouse and Thompson do 'muppet/you slag' fits exactly with an Art of Noise track!
Mug! Slag! Mug! Slag! Mug! Slag!
You Muppet! You slayyyigg!!
I’ve played with all these guys on R6 Siege and they were unhappy with my performance. It’s defo the voice I heard over the mic calling me a muuuuug
Literally every Nick Love film 🙄😆
Clearly Guy Ritchie was the 1 person who disliked this!
then there was davey hair brush u might call him the brains of the outfit except he didnt have none...... lmao fucking beautiful!!!!
If im correct, wasnt this Graeme Le Saux's first break in acting before he conquered Hollywood? LOL
Graham Le Saux.
You can sing for your money!
You're knocked.

I'm off up McDonald's for a qwawter panda wiv cheese!! Jon!!
Every Guy (British Tarantino impersonator) Ritchie film summed up in one sketch.
The Penguin from Batman AC
Are they muggin me off? Makin me look like a fackin mug?
Yup, that's about the truth of this genre.
No Ray Einstein, probably a no budget film.
What does the Cardinal say to his driver when he talks about going for a tour?
He tells him to drive to “Pont de la tour” a posh restaurant near tower bridge.
its Rhys Ifans again and Graham Le Saux
I’ll take the lady on the left.
It’s funny, but I ain’t kidding.
I see Paul Whitehouse is appearing in the new British gangster movie "King of Thieves'.
Seeing him pop up in The Death of Stalin was a moment of pure delight.
Is this the new Watch Dogs trailer?
Is this Enfield on the voice over?
@TheBarns95 you slayg!
But what about ladies?
and i am very f&ckin ANGRY
Owen Unconvincing haha
I think this sketch almost destroyed Guy Ritchie
Didn't he write it?
🤣🤣🤣🤣mug
What happened to Guy Ritchie's career after this? Brutally funny :)
He met madonna n became famous😅
how some americans view british people:
@leggyrules Shame it didn't finish the job!
@staffsyeoman Mystery solved - thanks!
@leggyrules And then Madonna finnished him off.
@Dg00nwid YOU MUG! >=(
