First day of my menstrual cycle and it’s usually when I cramp and feel the worst. I made a little playlist and labeled it menstrual cycle exercises. I started off with your 10 minute full body morning stretch then did the all standing morning workout and ended with this period video. All your videos are definitely plus size friendly and I’ve been recommending you to a lot of my friends. I feel amazing. Thank you so much for your videos.

Thank you! I do (most) of this every period now. (I have back problems is why I say most) It helps a lot. The resting-like one when your feet are together and legs open on the ground making a diamond.. helps so much when I get a sharp burst of pain that I think is my body trying to pass a clot. Life saver!!

Second and third days are usually the worst one for me. Cramps are awful, I'm constantly bloated, and the nausea makes me feel so uncomfortable. But since I've discovered this video, my periods haven't been as bad. Thank you so much ! ❤
Hey Monika. I love your workout videos and do them all the time!!! I recently found out I have a 5cm cysts on one of my ovarys and I am in a lot of pain. Some days are better than others. I want to still stay as active as I can. It’s been difficult to find videos on how to stretch and stay active with cysts. Loved this! Unfortunately, afterwards in a shower found my self repeating "I have doubts" from the music that played. Keep trying to convince myself the music doesn't matter, unsuccseffully,, becase your workouts are so nice!
Although I haven't had a period for at least 6 years, I remember how I used to feel. 😩Swollen belly, pain for the first few days and all that comes with it. But tell yourself that menstruation is youth. Afterwards, with the drop in hormones, it's very different. Thank you for these magnificent exercises that I like to do so much at the beginning of my training. This is how I like to start. Nice work and thank you for sharing all this with us.👍🥰🇨🇦

Hey sweetie that's rough! One thing that helps is keeping well hydrated, stay off greasy food and sugar...raspberry leaf tea is excellent for supporting your body throughout the month to balance your hormones and give your body the calcium and minerals it needs.
I did it yesterday on the second day of my periods..nd my tummy is paining since then..nd its quite scary...... please don't do it..on first three days..it's not periods friendly

Hmm. I've done it each day of mine for the last 3 cycles with no issues, always provides major relief.
