This is proof that just because you’re a Vet or Vet tech doesn’t mean you know how to handle it train animals. Too much affection at the wrong times. Not to mention likely very little exercise. Treadmill anyone?

Our vet hired a tech that was terrified of dogs. How? How do you go into that business if you are scared of dogs?? She only lasted two days and he told her that she needed to be a human nurse.

😂 As a vet tech and trainer, I concur! I have gotten in many disagreements with my colleagues who are so certain they are correct but can not disprove the facts I present, nor can they answer any of my questions. Also another reason why I no longer work in a clinic and have been focusing on working with the shelters and rescues for vet and training assistance, as well as fostering.
I'm a lot happier in that environment. And to be honest feel like I'm doing more good here and now, than I ever did working at the clinic.

99.9% of the time it’s about training the human-lol. And, 99% of the time it’s about training the human to give their pup adequate physical outlets. If we didn’t bring our pup to the off leash park for at least 1 1/2 hours per day our little mutt would be a nervous wreck. Instead, he has tons of doggie friends he gets to run and play with and is a super loving pup at home.
Thank you Cesar and all of the humans who are open to taking your advice 😊

It's plenty humane. The dog was free roam a lot of the time. They only had to kennel her when everyone was actively busy or something going on. She was getting a lot more enrichment at the office than she would be sitting at home.
The problem was that because of her behavior they had to kennel her more often.
Now that she can control her, she can have a calm happy dog that roams around the office. And when she needs to go to the kennel she knows it's time to rest(also you see a literal dog bed in there, it was only barren during moments they were using it to train or as an example).

Ohhhh my fluff, I'm a 71 year old widow, I've been watching Ceasar since forever. I had a pitsky named Amazing Grace, she truly was amazing but we could never get her to walk on a leash. I needed to travel from Virginia to Ohio because my sister was dieing. The day before I left I saw the episode of Ceasar using a martingale leash, as if it was magic. I was able to find the last one in my town. Placing it correctly as Ceasar showed, made all the difference in the world. Unfortunately, Amazing Grace has gone home to be with her hooman dad. They both had cancer. I now have a 2 year old long hair chihuahua named Babies, and I'm using the very same leash with her.
Last week 2 pits had gotten loose in the neighborhood, just as I was taking Babies outside. They were so beautiful but wasn't sure what was going to happen with me and my 5 pound Babies. I stayed completely calm and they came right up to the porch and started sniffing all around us. I never spoke a word, just raised my hand and they immediately sat and layed down. 😮 they were awesome and knew several other hand signals. They were enjoying just hanging out with us. After some time, I pointed towards the yard, they got up and went on their way. After playing in the yard together. I felt totally blessed that I learned so much from Ceasar and blessed by the presence of such beautiful awesome dogs. Thank you Jesus and thank you Ceasar! God bless all the furbabies and those who love them👑🙏💞✝️🐾🇺🇲🇮🇱🕯

At least Opal is getting super fun exercise on the way to and back from the hospital and the Dr seems to have realised poor Opal is a dog and needs running and fun in parks, hopefully, and should not be shut up in a hospital and cage!! I am surprised Ceasar didn't address this cruelty.

I worked for 3 veterinarians at their 3 clinics for many years. Vet clinics are like prisons. They are typically too loud, too cramped, too stressful and too warm. These clinics are awful places to board your pet. So to live at a veterinarians office is terrible. Dogs need space, quiet, a yard, etc. I have never met a dog that enjoyed staying a long time in a kennel or vet's office.

I watched the one with Roxy and could not like or leave a comment but by the end I was crying because I felt for the youngest boy and I knew right from the start the mother didn't have the right energy once leaving the house with Roxy because she always had the fear 'what if...' If the mother couldn't let go of the past and her fear, yes the dog would never improve. I am so happy that Cesar took Roxy in though. I am 110% confident Roxy will find her next forever home after she's been under the Dog rehab centre not that Roxy needed much rehabilitation. The father's energy was more relaxed when walking with Cesar and the pack. Now on to this video. I am so happy that Opal out and be more calmer and the vet also.

It was stunning to me that a veterinarian didn’t realize that vigorous exercise was the cure. I tell everyone in my dog groups (we have a working breed) that VIGOROUS exercise will cure their misbehavior. A walk is not sufficient for a working (or energetic) breed. 🐶♥️

Opal looked like every day was a big party for her, working off her excess energy with aggression. And when Cesar and then the ladies started disciplining her, she looked fed up! Not calm, just obeying, but her facial expression when she was lying down always looked grumpy, unhappy at having to stop her partying. But of course, this is the way she must behave if her 'pack' is to continue to want her around. Excellent!
