I usually use NX Dump Tool but it seems to be broken on 17.0.0 right now, I was going to be a bit saddened as I just wanted to copy my games over so that I could play them on my Steam Deck lol. This actually works a lot more seamlessly than NXDT in my opinion too! I like that I can just transfer it directly to the PC without having to go from Switch -> SD -> PC, its nice to skip a step.
updates and DLC can be seen inside the "installed applications" and when you highlight the dlc / updates, press the + button and you have an option to dump it to the SD card.
Yep, this video is life-saver, since nxdumptool broke again after FW 18. So, I did the same method. Also, I disable sigpatches on SYSNAND CFW for foolproofing

i put some game cartridges into my switch and installed the updates on Stock filmware, went into Sys cfw but when i connect to MTP responder and go into my installed games folder there's nothing in it. the gamecard folder shows the cartridge that's currently inserted but there's nothing in the installed folder. What am i missing?

@@nugget9875 if all you games show as needing to be installed. change the hekate_ipl.ini to boot with package3 instead of fusee (or vice versa) replace "payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee.bin" with "fss0=atmosphere/package3" i did this and now they show up.
I want to ask you this: "What would happen if you were to play the same game card on an unmodded Switch?" EDIT: Never mind. I just did a test game dump with my physical copy of Pokémon Legends Arceus, and checked to make sure both my V1 Switch and Switch OLED were NOT banned at all.
It will only ban the V1 so far, assuming it has the dumped one installed. No idea how long they take to ban a console. Probably your console(s) have red flags now.
for those whose folder is appearing empty except for a CSV. change the loader to package3 instead of fusee for my the games in the CFW were also appearing as needing to be installed. heres the change: replace "payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee.bin" with "fss0=atmosphere/package3" if its already package 3 change it to fusse instead.
Did you end up figuring this out? I'm going through the same issue right now. I'm in my Switch's "installed games" partition and all of the NSP files are 1kb and the NSP files inside of the folders are about 500bytes in size. Edit: Nevermind, updating to the latest DBI seems to have fixed that issue. Games are showing up fine now.

Dbi is the most important software for a jailbroken switch look no further this is the answer . The app is flawless I'm able to install games using dbi ftp server with my phone wirelessly awesome!!!
how do i do the "system clean wipe" you mentioned in the video? i have installed tinfoil by accident on my cfw sysmmc and then realized i wasnt supposed to and swithched to the cfw emummc. The nsw has been offline and i havent used or opened the eshop or anything, i also dont want to boot into the ofw either now bc i think it will show up there bc its the same memory chip from what i understand now.. the 32gb nand chip itself.. I've been trying to dump my cartridges that I own with this DBI method but I've been having a hard time dumping the update files too, but I may have found a solution? Tell me if this is okay: Dumping the cartridge using this MTP Responder Method, then I went to DBI menu, browse installed applications, and then found the update files I have on the NAND. I dumped them to SD Card and put them on PC to install to switch later. Does this work?
when I dump sysnand I cant go back with any button, only power button brings me back. And when I go then to reboot into hekate it just returns me to the same screen, it doesnt reboot. I use then turn off power. But when I reboot into hekate, there is no sysnand, just the usual cfw, ofw, lockpick and tegra. What the problem, any opinion. I have latest version of lockpic.

Hey man I have a question, So I downloaded and installed Mario Kart using this method, but when I go to play it, it shows the ICloud logo above the game and tells me to connect to the store to download it, who ever hacked my switch somehow added this a doom and resident evil to the Home Screen and I’m not able to play these games. Is there a way around this? I’d love to play Mario Kart and Pokemon Arceus.

Genned Pokemon, ACNH island hack, etc. Also for dumping eShop purchases+saves too
DBI is also the best to grab your saves and use others saves!
for some reason 4 on the nintendo switch does not show up for the installed games and I'm not sure why

you need to get it online (legally) or just get the "war ez" version and install it using DBI

i have my keys in the right spot but the installed games aren't appearing. only the .csv file :/

It does , but we use MTP responder method better.

You need to watch my systemwipe video and appy it to your sysmmc.

Try to reinstall the games. Check if you have loaded the sysmmc or emummc?

running dbi on sysnand won't get your console banned. unless you install nsp or xci to the sysnand
