Girlfriend! Just because you’re making 2 1/2 gallons of tea, does not mean you need to boil 2 1/2 gallons of water! Boil the leaves in less water to make a concentrate and then add more cool water at the end! 😁

We do Tex-Mexican deviled eggs. The yolk filling has chopped green onions, mayo and some chipotle sauce and we top it with finely shredded cheese and pickled jalapeños! So good!

My mum is making double eggs for Easter and Christmas! She makes it with yolks, mayo and ham. And she doesn't smash it but chopes very, very small. Absolutely delicious!

In deviled eggs, I replace most of the mayo with ranch dressing, reduce the amount of yolks, and add what’s basically candied bacon on top. I also pipe it into the egg whites.

I’m one that doesn’t care so much for cilantro but my hubby is so I tend to a 1/4 or 1/2 in the recipes that calls for it.

Hello from Spain!!😊 Here we have HUEVOS RELLENOS (stuffed eggs). The filling is egg yolk, tuna and fried tomato sauce (not ketchup), and we decorate them with a little bit of mayonnaise on top and boiled egg yolk sprinkled.

That dip looks delicious!! I’m weird about certain foods because I don’t like onions, tomatoes or peppers (it’s a texture thing) but I love these types of dips and salsas because the juice is my favorite part! I dip the whole chip in the juices. Yum!!!

For the oreo dessert, could you use homemade whipping cream?
Our family prefers a little sweeter deviled egg. I make mine with Miracle Whip instead of mayo, mustard, salt, pepper & add a little Marzetti Slaw Dressing. The Marzetti adds a slight tartness. I mix the filling wirh a stand mixer to make very creamy with no lumps. Pipe the filling into eggs, sprinkle 1/2 with paprika & leave 1/2 without.

if you add some apple cider vinegar to your eggs as they boil you won't get that grayish color on the yolk!
I’m one of those cilantro people where it tastes like soapy wood. Even with just the little you added I couldn’t eat it. Fun fact, disliking cilantro is in your genetics. Really sad for me because I love Mexican food but so much has cilantro in it.

When I make deviled eggs I add minced onions, mayo mustard and a very tiny bit of horseradish , add paprika to garnish my family love them
Yep, cilantro tastes like metallic soap to me! Apparently there's a gene responsible for this happening. It's just gross!
