Also arancine have only two fillings (typically) al burro o all carne. Al burro is with bechamel + ham + cheese and alla carne is the one I showed in the recipe 👍
The arancini looks amazing but i dont understand why you use concentrated tomato and water instead of passata. When i make a sauce i prefer using passata because concentrated is dehydrated passata 😜

Correct! In Palermo (Sicily) they call it arancine and I tried to replicate their version with the typical meat and peas filling😉
