In addition to all the wonderful info on food, a show on biome friendly household products- soaps, cleaners, beauty, skincare, oral biome products would be amazing. Thank you for all the great life changing information. It has truly changed my health in a medical system that had no idea how to help me.

I'm ever so grateful to this extraordinary doctor for having discovered and done the research in relation to lectins. It has truly changed my life and it's a blessing to be able to finally explore a diet that actually heals. Thanking you so much.

Dr. G, please have Thomas DeLauer on your show. He's talking about Mediterranean Keto. Sounds really close to your eating guide.

The omega 3 to omega 6 ratio only goes so far. If you have too much linoleic acid (omega 6), then no amount of omega 3 will prevent oxidative damage caused by breakdown of omega 6. See Tucker Goodrich blogs and his interviews with Ivor Cummings and Dr Joseph Mercola.

Dear Dr Gundry, although not generally popular, canned cod lived in its own oil is one of my favourite foods. Can I consider it a safe and sufficient source of DHA and AA? Thank you for your work.

I am a few months into the lectin-free diet and first of all I would like to thank Dr. Gundry for the very big differences I am feeling, my energy levels have gone up my skin has cleared am sleeping better, I have one thing to ask if it is possible. I have the 'yes' and 'no' list (and I have given it to a lot of friends), my question is, is there a revised version? with added or removed items? Thank You again.

Hey Doc, question for you- If I cook sweet potato starch glass noodles and then put them in the fridge for a day before eating them, will that turn them into a resistant starch? I hope so! ;)

You talk of taking aspirin with omega 3 in your book 'the Longevity paradox' to help with its absorption. But isn't aspirin an NSAID and won't it cause gut wall damage like you mention in your book?

What about omega 9? Hemp seeds have the perfect ratio of 3,6, and 9. Can you get 9 anywhere else?

    Any research on EHLERS-DANLOS SYNDROME
and anything nutrition wise that may help connective tissue or any aspect of any of the 13 types. Anything would be helpful. Will collagen, jelatin or any food or supplement help or stave off the syndrome.
I understand if there is nothing you can say on the matter.

How about the people who state Omega 3 supplements are rancid right away and that even if they were not rancid before putting them in your mouth once you do so the heat of your body will “oxidize” the fish oil then at that point. Also Ben Azadi on youtube KetoKamp states he strongly believes in the fish oil not healthy due to the oxidization . Please anyone let me know thanks

Hey! Have you read the plant paradox? I think you'll find some very helpful diet tips in there for that condition and perhaps several others! It's worth the read.

Mark Jordan Isobal get a ton of sulphated vitamin D (from sunlight) measure your cholesterol levels make sure they’re sufficient. Try phosphatidylcholine iv to repair cell membranes and do the dutch test to check current adrenal metabolites as well as full thyroid panel. Check liver enzymes.

I had all the same issues and these things worked. I had high liver enzymes low vitamin D due to VDR snp (couldnt absorb it- sun directly makes it from cholesterol) any statins including antifungals lower cholesterol (bad). All hormones including adrenal hormones are made from cholesterol and vitamin D helps synthesize. I had low thyroid as well as antibodies against it and extremely low cortisol and cortisone (adrenal hormones.) make sure you get enough vitamin A from food sources also. High liver enzymes means your body is struggling to process the junk in your system. If thats down your skin takes a hit
