RUclips stalking ;) I can raise you in the freaky/oddball stakes mate ;) I am right handed and right eye dominant... or is that left eye dominant? I shoot with my left eye closed and decided to experiment to see if anything changed - so shot a few ends with both eyes open. Half my shots were drilled in the center (10 yards ...;) ) and half the shots almost missed the boss. Also seen a few folks like me - who seem to have 50/50 eye dominance. Makes beginner's courses "interesting" ;)
Hey! A friend of mine is about 5' 4", weighs bout 110lbs and 13 and wants to start archery now that parents are allowing her. She was inspired by just about every female character with a bow and arrow(Merida, Katniss Everdeen, Thea Queen, Allison Argent etc.). She wants to do shooting(with moving and immobile) targets(not like animals but she's a little extra and sporty). What bow should I buy for her with a $110 budget?
As a starter I would look at the Black Sheep Apollo at 5 4" and 13 she still is growing so opt for the 68" but keep the poundage low no more than 20lbs draw weight link to Apollo - www.redfrogstore.co.uk/black-sheep-apollo-trainer-bow-rh-27531-p.asp
@JamesWillis-yy5px the video discusses materials used and does not suggest buying any draw weight of bow. When starting out I would always suggest no more than a 20lbs draw weight
That white one is NOT forged.
It is the Core Air/Core Gonexo.
If it is poured into a mold, it is CAST, not forged.
Hi Im looking to get into archery im 5'8 and 14 years old should I get a 68" bow for shooting at targets? Thanks.
for your height 68' bow would be correct. As a beginner do not be tempted to go any jhigher than 24lbs limbs
@@redfrogarchery Thanks

I am in the UK so not sure of what recurve bows are available in the usa. bow lenght 64-66" no more than 20lbs draw weight
Totally disagree. Do weights before buying a high poundage bow, problem solved.
