For casual fragrance lovers like myself, I suggest you get the Lattafa one, they're similar, like 90% similar (maybe even more) especially after a mere hour or two. The closeness of the scent simply doesn't justify the ridiculous price difference at all.
I agree. I have the original and also i have spent like 2 bottles of the Lattafa and no one notices when i wear the original or the clone. Even for my nose is difficult to differentiate between. Oud for Glory is just a little more harsh on the opening but that goes away like 5 minutes after you spray it on you. So the dry down is like 95 percent of the Oud for Greatness. So, Why to spend over 300 dollars if you can get the same performance with like 35-40 bugs. That is the best deal. I stopped wearing the original one day after i got the clone. I love it. Many compliments anywhere i go.

Paid 360 bucks for the OFG and recently sniffed the “oud glory Lattafa”. The similarity is definitely there. Definitely there. However OFG is more refined and has smooth roundness as per your description. And there is a certain push and pull characteristic of OFG, like Baccarat Rouge, which is the wizardry or sorcery of OGG. Beautifully and smoothly narrated. Bunch of thanks for sharing 👍👍👍

I can smell the difference. People won't though. But for me I smell it. Greatness is just smoother and well blended from jump. 2. While Greatness smells good, I didn't just buy it to smell good. OUD for Greatness is art in bottle. I always think art is worth the price.

That's like asking, "Why buy the original artwork when you can just buy a printed image of it?" Of course ANYONE can buy a printed image of artwork, but only those who truly love and collect art would invest in the actual scent that took months, if not years to compose. You're not just buying a fragrance from a house, but the artwork that the nose(perfumer) crafted. As an artist I would be devastated if someone else took my work I spent so long to create, credited it as their own, and took the profits of my hard work. I haven't smelt the Initio fragrance but I recently purchased the Lattafa fragrance - so disappointing. The fragrance profile is just overall unpleasant, bland, one dimensional. The fragrance turns "sour" after a few hours and the nutmeg & saffron over power the scent profile. The oud is also weird - neither animalic nor medicinal - just unlike oud. If the Initio fragrance smells like the Lattafa, even if only 80-90% smiliarity, then it is an absolute waste of money. I don't understand the rage is with OFG... much better to spend your money on a proper oud fragrance from Amouage, Ajmal, Xerjoff... Etc What the Initio/ Lattafa fragrances need is something to give it more depth - some resins and woods. I feel adding bezoin, sandalwood, cedar and some vanilla or tonka beam would really elevate and greatly improve the overall feel of the fragrance. I'll be honest. I'm actually a little angry this fragrance exists haha. What people enjoy about it I'll never understand.
I am sorry you aren't enjoying it. My advice is to let it sit for a while 2-3 weeks, dark cool place and see what happens after. At the end of the day, maybe you simply dislike the fragrance, which is a possibility.
is there something wrong with me? with my nose. this smells like deep inside a big trashcan with rotten leftover food inside. I am not trying to be funny. I own 3 oud frags so far, one is oud wood. I know, oud is a strange note. but that scent..... I don't know. this s the 1st with safran though. I am literally shocked by that scent which is the best dupe of OFGreatness people say. which I don't know.
It has a certain dirtiness to it and I guess that’s how your nose and brain translate it for you, based on your personal associations. You should also try Supremacy in Oud by Afnan, slightly different, but still a dupe for it, maybe that will be more to your liking. I will have a comparison video between the Afnan frag and Oud for greatness pretty soon on the channel.

Oud for greatness much much much much better than this glory maybe ten times
Of course it's better, as it should be 😋
yeah, but definately not 10 times.
Damn! It just hit me that you look like a 4:3 ratio of Britney spears and Dua Lipa 😮
I've been told I look like Dua Lipa many times ☺️
😍😍
Etc
What the Initio/ Lattafa fragrances need is something to give it more depth - some resins and woods.
@@IamNoelle it's not your fault :) It is what it is. I've left it to macerate... fingers crossed it gets better ;)
is there something wrong with me? with my nose. this smells like deep inside a big trashcan with rotten leftover food inside.
Ex Nihilo Outcast blue extrait

Are way better than these two !!! It’s smells like sweet saffron and tobacco with oud
I haven't tried those. I added them to the list and I will when I get the chance. 🤗
Turn that vase to camera left just a bit
It looks odd starring straight ahead
She is weird like that 😂

oud for glory is overhyped , longevity and projection are very weak ,save your money to buy a beast mode fragrances .
Sorry it didn't work for you
Mine IS beast mode, I couldnt imagine anything stronger

Thanks for your honesty 😅
Oud for glory lattafa is the worst fragrance I ever bought. One spray and i was nauseous in a minute .. gave me headache with in 5minutes. I dont know who and why someone will buy this in the first place... hyped up fragrance on the internet..
I hope you got rid of it 😬😂
The funny thing is that it gets better in time
@@IamNoelle yeah, unfortunately mine went straight into the trash lol. it is definitely not for everyone. Thank you for your videos and reviews.
@@KashifKhan-cs3nxlmao 😂😂😂😂. Me to. This was the most horrible smell I have ever smelled with a fragrance. Like I was on a fast and furious set watching them burn tires and me getting the full affect of it in my nose.
omg beautiful
☺️
@@IamNoelle 😳
Oud in Initio is "Synthetic", Whereas, in Lattafa it is real Agarwood Oud, though in a small amounts.
Where did you get this information from? The one regarding Lattafa I mean.

You look like 11 (Millie Bobby Brown)
Only in this video? Or in general?
The bottles are similar but they are quite different if that makes sense lol
Yea, different enough not to confuse them with each other. :))
@@IamNoelle yes lol. Is it actually quite similar to BR540? which is actually my signature scent 😊
A rough, lacking sweetness BR540 ☺️
