I got a full bottle of Honor & Glory yesterday and I absolutely love it. Its a strong pineapple cake scent with almost an aromatic edge, so its not overly cloying. It instantly got two compliments from females who said they would like to wear it too. Only downside is it didnt last longer than 5-6 hours on me, however for £25 for 100ml, you can always respray without worrying. Thanks a lot Omar for introducing me to it!
@@harryhuzuo137 Yes 100%, I genuinely don't know how you could hate it. it's definitely a unisex frag but its sweet and addictive, I was surprised how much I like it. Let me know if you go for it.
@@danielgruic8712 Hi I am still thinking about it. I saw some other reviews and seems like Omar is the only one that thinks it is a 10 and like perfect fragrance. I am worried about it being to feminine or too sweet/not fresh enough for everyday use. What do you think?
@@harryhuzuo137 there's lots of good reviews, but yeah Omar hypes it the most. However, I have to say, it is such a nice scent. it would be a unique signature, as typically I wear Chanel Sport Eau extreme as my every day one, but Honor and Glory is a lovely sweet smell that would definitely set you apart. It would definitely suite a younger guy, like you are. I'm a college lecturer and my students love this one too. Maybe get a sample first before pulling the trigger? its what I usually do, but at £25 it was fine for a blind buy.
I honestly love middle eastern frags ! Not because they are hyped but because price ! I have so many diff scent profiles and didn’t spend as much as I could have
Honor and Glory is definitely the best cheap fragrence on the market. It's just unbeatable at $25. Prefer it more than some really expensive Niche perfumes in my collection.
@@Nate2.4 i love both of them. Gisada is masculine with some added citrus notes. Great performance i get about 8 hrs longevity great signature scent type. Honor and glory is beautiful also. After macerating for a week i love it. It smells even better in the air. Almost gourmand ish. Great performance as well i got about 8 hours longevity. Another Great blind buy.
Resela is by miles the best on this list. It was a blind buy for me (curly fragrance recommended) and thank god I got lucky and it was fantastic. There isn’t real oud in here but it’s not that cheap medicinal smelling oud This is a chocolate oud saffron sweet fragrance that’s very westernized 11/10 imo 14h+ longevity Loud sillage Projection 2 feet + for 3h then elbow length until 7h mark
Detour noir came out with another flanker about a year ago or so and it’s more then likely that you’ve heard about it, but, if you haven’t, based off the reviews it seems like something you would HIGHLY enjoy.
I bought khamarah without every smelling the OG it was originally compared to. I liked it when I got it, but seemed a bit boozy and not as sweet as people described. but after a few weeks, it completely changed, now one year later its just wonderful, I can pick out all the nuances of the notes, and it performs like a beast. I recommend you revisit your bottle if you still have it, and try it out again, no fragrance has transformed so much by maceration or maturation whatever you want to call it, than this one. many Lattafas seem to benefit by it. don't judge on 1st sprays. Also I would agree, Khamarah is it's own thing and is not a clone, it's an inspired by twist of Angel Share, many reviewers were pushing it as a clone when it first came out, and I think that was misleading.
Oh, as per the comment below on buying Resala in the UK. Arabian Oud shops have a 30% off sale at least once per year. So that's £54 off a bottle of Resala. I think £126 is a very good price for a scent of this quality.
I was considering trying a new Lattafa and was looking at the Badee al Oud collection; I found Oud for Glory was too boring (not bad), and Amethyst was very strange, but now I am thinking of Honor and Glory because I actually do not have a sweet/fruit/unique gourmand in my collection
Hey, Omar. I really enjoy your videos, so I thought I'd ask about a weird need of mine. I'm an older guy (older than dirt, as they say), so I came of age with Kouros, Halston, Oscar de la Renta.... I hated Cool Water when it came out and have never really cared for what that style grew into. I am currently crazy for all these dark, mysterious Middle Eastern fragrances. Here's the question: What would you recommend for summer fragrances when I don't care much for the light, watery, citrusy offerings that are usually worn in warmer weather?
Honor and glory is perfect, I accidentally found honor and glory about 4 months ago because the seller send wrong product, I ordered sublime but the seller send honor and glory, And that was love on the first sniff 😂
I ran across Honor and Glory thinking nothing of it at first and I loved it but didn't buy it since it wasnt what i was shopping for. Its been on my mind ever since and now with this review I know I must own it.

I can highly recommend that you try Lattafa Al Nashama. Some say it's an Initio Paragon clone, but I think it's a fragrance of its own. A sweet plum note and deep amber, it's super rich and warm.
Omar Ard Al Zaafaran has a more wearable versatile lighter take on AO Al Resala called SAFEER AL OUD at a fraction of a price and also a beast mode performer which you cannot differentiate between the two in the Air. Get a sample & give us your professional opinion
I bought a decant of Lattafa's Honor & Glory after watching your video, and now I'm ordering a full bottle. It's a perfectly balanced fragrance for Brazil's climate, thanks for the recommendation Omar. Cheers!
Don't love Honor and Glory. It has a sharpness to it that I quite dislike, I believe it's the interaction between pineapple and tumeric notes. It smells a lot better the more diluted it gets so I spray it a distance away from myself. It's cheap so blind buy it if you want but beware if you're expecting a warm, cosy vanilla, because that's not really what this fragrance is about. You will be getting that weird spicy sharpness which I find quite irritating on the nose.
