Low citation rates despite high call volume on squeegee kids: Is the system effective?

- According to the latest Squeegee Collaborative Report, the number of citations and warnings are low, compared to the number of calls regarding squeegee kids.
Since the start of the Collaborative, only 61 warnings have been issued and zero citations.

Imagine trying to drive to work and broke kids surround your vehicle and clean it against your will, try to make you pay, with the threat of violence very possible if you don't.

Bates promised squeegee goes away during his campaign. It was his #1 promise, because the Reynolds murder was big in the news he had a back n forth with Thiroug and he promised if elected the squeegee workerswill go away. He lied. He immediately worked with Scott, on the squeegee initiative and the extortionists are still out extorting, and it's gonna get worse, you already see it so Bates sucks and is yet another bullsh/t artist con in Baltimore leadership. Pathetic. I'd go with Thiroug, for mayor but doesn't even matter at this point. I know people love Bates it's fine but dudes a fraud.
