Interesting take. The only one I would strongly disagree with is Clark/Lake, which I'd rank quite a bit higher than you did. While I've seen a few homeless people on the landings there, I've never seen any actual crime. I've seen far more sketchy things in the Adams/Wabash area.
My Ranking from Worst To Best That I Embarked/Disembarked: Cottage Grove, Ashland/63, tie between Ashland & Garfield, Conservatory-Central Park Drive, 35th-Bronzeville-IIT, Harlem/Lake, Clinton, Adams/Wabash, Morgan, Clark/Lake, Cermak-McCormick Place, Roosevelt, & Washington/Wabash
Your opinions are well informed and I applaud you on your sense of street smarts and trivia making this video. Might have to do a revision fo the upcoming Damen startion.
It must be tough coming up with these ratings given a high crime rate in Chicago. “This station is terrible because of the sketchy neighborhood and criminal activity”. That is probably the work-in-progress description for 50% of the stations
I would like your take on the Brown Line. I have ridden most of the rail lines. The twists and turns, along with the views are, in my opinion pretty cool. So after you do Pink or Blue, consider Brown!!!
They need to re-extend the ➡️ 63rd Branch all the way 🔙 to Jackson Park especially for the Obama Presidential 📚 & they need to resurrect to all of the lost Ⓜ️ on the line & the whole system
I think you are going off of perception rather than reality if you think 43rd & 51st are the same in terms of crime rates and livability. The 43rd area in Bronzeville is significantly safer and experiencing a lot of redevelopment / gentrification with upper middle class black residents moving in. The story might’ve been different when the State Street Projects were around but Bronzeville today is on the up and up. IMO you overuse “sketchy” as a descriptor and it’s not one I would weight that heavily given how subjective it is (Clark/Lake for example - sure there’s some interesting characters but it’s also one of the busiest spots in the system so I’d be more comfortable there than a completely empty platform). I do think you have good commentary on the station infrastructure and usability though.
some might get angry but you are not wrong, it goes through some rough neighborhoods. thats why i always say, if you have to take the green line to get there, why? do you actually have to be there?

“King Drive is right next to O’Block”😂😂
The streets will remember this

They should re-extend the ➡️ 63rd Branch 🔙 to Jackson Park for the Obama 📚

the green line is the only line i wouldn't take because of the neighborhoods it goes through. the rest of the city is relatively fine.
epic video
Oh yeah it is shady underneath the King Drive station. Tons of drug activity. That particular intersection is always hoppin.’

Yes!! But if Quincy isn’t first I riot

Do Blue line station
The synonym sketchy is tight or comes off
Pink line next?
Maybe. Either that or the Blue line
@@BurjTransit I think blue line would be best (given the red, green, and blue are the three largest lines)
All the congress stations are getting d tier.
What is your definition of sketchy? With the amount times you’ve used it in this video, everything must be sketchy or something
the green line goes through some rough neighborhoods he isnt exaggerating
you use the word sketchy a lot. wanna explore what you mean by that?
where have you been? you haven't posted in 2 months 😭😭😭
I've been busy with school. I plan to have another video soon.
@@BurjTransit YESSSS THANK YOU I LOVE UR VIDS
@@BurjTransitit's June now
Adams and wabash is disgusting though, so much bird poop and rusty paint.
Clinton is a 👍 view of the 🛤️ @ OTC
