The kid probably had ADHD but there wasn't a diagnosis then like today... To put it in perspective these kids were performing contemporaries with Elvis and Chuck Berry and you would be hard pressed to find a better guitarist than Larry Collins at that time except possibly for Joe Maphis, his mentor... He was not just some propped up prodigy... He was a virtuoso of Rockabilly Guitar in it's infancy... And he happened to be a bouncy kid... But his playing was flawless and inspired...
He has such a natural stage presence like he was born to be there. Live taped also, no retakes, cuts ect. A simpler time when there wasn't anything that could mask over a bad talent.
