Why Do I Keep Believing That Nobody Cares What I Have To Say?

My whole life, I believed that nobody cares what I have to say. I DO know why I believed that, but knowing it has not changed it one iota. To this day when I send out my newsletter to my mailing list, it goes through a felt sense filter of ‘nobody cares what you have to say..’
It does not feel good!
I’ve done a lot of ‘work’ on this belief, and have come a long way ... and yet, the flavor is still there.
I do believe that all the work I’ve done so far has helped me step further away from these nasty hypnotic suggestions.
And I also believe that by doing so, and not touching the suggestions, this veil of illusion has been loosening its grip on me, and giving me more choice to Feel my Heart's Longing.
How does that all relate to Longing, which has been consuming me lately?

Dear Pernilla, what you share is remarkable. I have been feeling currently, and on and off for many years, this same self-talk that no one cares what I think or share. Thank you Dear. I think exposing the matrix/veil of illusion is important for all of us. When we see it for what it is, we can at least start questioning it and choose to not touch it anymore. It's a powerful practice.
And the hypnotic suggestions are so totally impersonal and not personal to us. They literally have nothing to do with us, even though every cell in our body feels like they have everything to do with us. Daily practice helps to pull out of the veil and turn our attention inside - back to Now. Blessings ❤️❤️

Even if someone seems to care or not about what we say has no meaning in reality.
In our true nature of no separation everyone is all this oneness. I question if there is an underlying belief of needing to be "special" to feel loved? A need to be seen and heard usually is connected to a childhood trauma. I would deeply inquire into this (as it seems your doing).
There will be freedom when you can express yourself without any conditions, without a desire or need that anyone cares about or wants you. Express simply because something is arising that asks to be expressed without any kind of need or desire. The more you can let go and be content with whatever happens there you will find your equinimity.
