    Great workout! I am 50 years old and I have exercised all my life but I am more motivated than i've ever been because I am in good shape not just for my age but for any age. Keep up the good work!

    this is good for the PPL says they can't workout due to busy Days :) i had a family a Lovely daughter and still can workout and Work. :)

    Hi i just turned 50 three weeks ago and I got back into shape after about five years of just sitting around eating unhealthy foods and drinking beer. Watching your videos helped motivate and inspire me to get fit again. It reminds me of myself when I was in my twenties. I ve been working out since February and now I feel and look great. Thanks.

    Hey Corey, in an earlier video, you said to work up to 70 clean press-ups before learning the one arm, I can do 70 regular now and am working on one arm with e.g. archer pushups and one arm negatives, how can I do this and learn the one arm pushup whilst still being able to maintain my endurance by still doing 70 regular press-ups?

      qwerty - work on your one arm before you max out on your push ups. It shouldn't mess you up to much. Or just do them on separate days.

    Nice one corey.Did this as a topper
    Of my ring (dips -mu) workout and it took me 10.57 mins to complete it.Ill surely try this again since it gave my tris and chest a nice pump and ill make sure do it before my actual workout.

    I love doing decline push-ups, I never see any of these guys doing them. Are they bad for you? I'm 50, a truck driver, I have a pull-up mate in my truck, cross ropes, dumbbells and a Walmart barbell set (weighted vest also).

    Hey man ! This video was amazing I got so much self confidence. I was going to gym for two years and when I went to park I’ve noticed I couldn’t do ten pull ups. I started working out at home and bars. Every other day I do around 300 push ups in different variation. I was looking for a video to make it not so monotone my everyday training. I was bit afraid when I saw this but I’ve done it in 5 mins. I couldn’t believe how strong I actually was without you. Thank you so much ! Made my bday !

    Hey corey. Im having problems with my transition from the frogstand or headstand to my handstand .I cant hold a freestanding handstand but I can hold a frogsit and both wallstands for a long amount of time.What muscle am I lacking?

      Swaggy P. Prob just lacking the strength to go up into it. Practice your rep range in the handstand push ups. You are basically doing an actual handstand push up when you go into from the frog position.

    Great video from you Corey, for some reason or another I sort of find diamond push ups slightly easier than the regular ones, I don't know why, but I always do the regular one first, perhaps it's something to do with the fact that I do the regular push up first, like you I sort of go red after about two minutes.
