Just woke up & saw a challenge :D I did follow you until 2nd round of diamond push up I paused the video did 10 push & 10 secs hold then got back with you. It was easier than what I expected ! Any more challenges ?
Hey Corey. I did this workout. First time, I did it in 8:55. But I only did 14-12-10 on the wide push ups, so that mistake I realized I made the next day. I did the challenge today again, and I accidentally did 14sec hold on the neutral push ups and 12sec hold on the diamond push ups. But, I completed it in 8:50.
Trying this on my next workout, since I already did chest day today earlier. I am thinking of doing some isometrics within my sets now, that is actually a very good idea.
