Ya know, typical mama thing, ran to grab baby to get him down from something he had climbed up on... I accidentally kicked the corner of the kitchen cabinet with the top of my foot... 🤭 pretty sure I fractured a bone or two. I can run on it now, and do most exercises!! Just cannot put really any pressure on the top of it still. All that to say, baby was saved, not by me, but by my amazing husband!!!

Today is the 4th time I've gone through this workout twice, and my legs are still shaking when I'm done. 😂 It's those single legged squats I swear. Evil things... So hard but soooo good.
So day 1. I really struggled with my balance & being able to do any kind of bounce or jump. I'm too heavy. And my fitness level is about a 2/3 on a scale of 10. Gonna stick with it & hope it gets better.
You're not alone I just started today and I scrolled to see if someone struggled like me. I had to hold a desk or wall lightly for balance and I wobbled through the whole exercise. my jump is non-exsisant and tiptoes well I couldn't get up on them without bracing myself. I hope all of this gets better as I keep going. Did it get better for you?
My 3 year old happened to be behind me during the squats "MOM! I don't wanna see your butt like that." LOL so I start laughing and the 7 year old goes "Shutup!" #momlife Great workout! Whew it's burning!!

This safe for 10 week preg? I'm trying to find anothervideo like ur one with laying only leg work as I have low blood pressure I can't be bending much so I need laying leg work n butt work n back i have degenerative disc disease if can help me get another easy back boot thigh laying mainly one to do 8 to 9 min day ? My doctor says I can work out asked him 2 week ago
Thanks for responding! I just got a bit confused when you said "this is the only workout in the 21 Day 8 Minute Workout Challenge that is also Diastasis Recti healing". Does it mean I could do this Sculpted Legs workout if I have DR, but could not do "Grow your bootie", "shoulders", "toned arms" for example? I still have a 2 finger gap from 5 years ago, which I just realized I can still try to close, but I also want to do exercises for other parts of my body. That's why I want to know if the videos I mentioned are ok to be followed, alongside with healing exercises for DR. Tks!
I loved the workout I am sweating all over. I realized I cannot go on my tiptoes at all. I held a desk while I did it and it helped. is there a modification until my calves get stronger and I can go on tiptoe?

The ads now in the middle of workouts is annoying when concentrating and especially when using weights as you have to stop then start again so you lose your flow. I’ve been doing your workouts since March. I love your workouts but surely not good from an exercise point when having to stop mid way

Ashley, when I do calf raises I get a burning pain on the bottom of my feet along the outside...am I doing it wrong?
