Despite the name, there's not as much spinning here as you'd think. The Top Man tops make a return, but the big gimmick in this level is this explosive goo littered about. Shoot it, and after a second, it will explode and push you away. The angle you go at depends on your positioning from it, so naturally it is used for traversing through the level. There are also spikes and pits added into the equation at certain points as well.
