I would like to note that mob was trapped there for 6mths in his mind. He went through hell and back. I think in the manga they actually killed the cat though and then mob snapped. In the manga everything felt intense lol. I loved this mogami arc

In the manga after they killed the cat a day still passed.
Would it have done anything to his mental health, because that was an intense arc.
This episode was so good, 5 episodes in and we already getting fights like these.

I think the wording of the dialogue was a bit vague, but mob’s specific emotion for this episode was 100% courage, which is a positive emotion

nnightkingj a lot of reactors miss it and they see “mob’s 100% positive emotions” and assume mob is on 100% positivity or something like that instead of 100% courage
Even in the English dub they said positive emotion instead of courage. I just assume it's some positive emotion that ran through because of the rainbow background 100% instead of the usual black and red 100%

Fun fact this was the first episode they worked on for S2 and it took roughly 6 months

One of them, but not just the season, the whole series and I would also argue that the main theme of the whole thing is that nobody is special.
Mogami is probly my fav character in this series so far.

Mob is my favourite. Unbelievably deep character for only 25 episodes. I do like how Mogami was basically only evil because of how jaded he was, and also how he hypocritically did not apply his own "change of perspective" philosophy to himself.
Not many people got this, but I'm pretty sure that when Mob went ???% he just destroyed that world entirely
This is the animation quality and production value OPM S2 should’ve had.
Best animated episode of the year (2019), and one of the best, if not the best animated episode of the decade in my opinion. Really hope a S3 is in the works!

I have no problem to say that imo this episode (or arc) alone completely and utterly destroys everything the demon slayer anime has put out so far in every regard. The entire 2nd season could just consist out of these two episodes and I'd probably still say the same. I love DS but this shit is another level

I can't help but to imagine if things were actually different and this fight actually happened with everyone dying due to the explosion and ???% mob is the only one left with the episode ending on mods last words during that sequence. Just imagine if that was the final episode.

Oh by the way of you guys were referring to my hero bones has multiple studios this one has done both seasons of mob and this season finished well before S4 of my hero so it was definitely the movie taking away resource since I'm pretty sure it's been the same studio for my hero as well throughout its run
Daniel Gonzalez yeah studio B worked on MP while studio C works on MHA so it was the two heroes movie taking away resources/animators but at least the movie is just 2 weeks away so we can see all the work they put into it
