We are Brian & Jessica, a married couple who started on a life-changing whole food, plant-based weight loss journey back in June 2018. In June 2022, our lives were flipped upside-down when Jessica was diagnosed with Stage 3 (possibly 4) ovarian cancer. Hello everyone. It is now the first week of May and that is when the Krocks said they would be back at Mayo for follow up scans. Hopefully the Krocks will get good news next week (the second week of May) and might do an update.

I’ve followed you guys through your illness, surgery, and recovery. I had the same extensive surgery and really, really long incision. It was described as major surgery, second to open heart surgery. Mine was 9 years ago, and I am still going strong at 75 years old. You have much to look forward to. Congratulations on your beautiful plaque and best wishes for many good things in the future!

I'm thrilled about the package! But, as an RN - Jessica, your color looks SO HEALTHY. You've turned some serious corners recently that my nurse eyes can SEE! What a miracle.
Friends of mine opened a B&B . They are fully booked from their subscribers. They have veg gardens. They teach healthy cooking and love getting to know the folks that supported them. They state it is a dream come true. In the winter they have a travel group. We go to Italy, Spain, all as a group. Cant wait to join your future.

That's a great achievement - over 100,000 subscribers. I've been tuning in to hear about Jessica's medical issues and recoveries. I, too, had Ovarian Cancer, Stage 3, 15 years ago - and I've been cancer-free for 14 years. Hoping the best for both of you. We've had so much rain in the last couple of weeks - after being in a drought for years. Some close-by areas have had hail and snow. Today, the Sun Came Out - but tomorrow starts another storm.
