I always wondered what Heaven is like in this universe, is neat to see the take of it but now I wonder if the Cherubs are even going to hell or something else.
I have a sneaking suspicion that we’re going to see some repercussions for I.M.P later on in the series. I just can’t imagine that Verosika could get in trouble with Lucifer himself for a giant fish while these three routinely go on massacres. Edit: and what my point would have been is that these three may get the chance to testify against them in exchange for heaven access.

They got ratted out by mayday Lucifer showed up with dark guards threatening to execute them all for disobeying the laws of hell but they came to a compromise and got away with it which pissed off mayday even farther.
Maybe totally fine if the it's happening in hell. Where is he going to go. I'm not sure what happens if they're killed in the Earth realm, but maybe it's not a good thing to die in earth realm vs dying in hell as the demon. I mean you're just going to end up back where you started

It's like they don't know what happened for the rest of the people and don't they realized that the Cherubs killed a sinner, not a good guy. I guess we shall see, but with the strict code heaven seem to have, to their own residents no less, it does look pretty damning for Charlie´s plan of everyone happy and smiling in heaven.
Maybe, maybe not. In hell, there a two types of denizens: The Damned and The True Demons. Rules apply differently for them like how certain True Demons can leave hell whenever they want(Stolas, IMP, Verosica Mayday). So it is possible and likely cherubs are true angels and lose the ability to return to heaven after committing a sin against a human. It might also be possible that the Damned can switch to heaven if they can redeem themselves for their sins and become a better person.
Entirely possible that reaching Heaven is impossible. Good chance they find it undesirable anyways and end up just trying to make Hell a little better.

Let's be honest. The cherubs probably got kicked out of heaven long before Lyle died. Every death and bad thing in this episode besides Loopty's death occurred because they were forcing Lyle to live and were trying to make him happy with it.
Eh, I kinda assumed the Hotel would fail for this very reason. I have no doubt that the Hotel can at least make sinners better people, but what makes Charlie think the angels would even consider opening their gates? It took Eleanor Shelstrop and crew four seasons to pull that off in The Good Place, and I imagine Charlie’s gonna have an even more uphill battle at best.
Can we take a moment to appreciate how good a shot Moxxie is? Swinging on a rope, from likely unstable scaffolding, and being able to shoot a rope with the right timing to drop a bag of sand on the cherub and not his wife. Like damn that takes skill.

Just noticed how the Cherubs keep covering Lipton's eyes and telling him to stop looking whenever anything bad happens... Made me realize their idea of a life worth living is a life where you turn a blind eye to the problematic aspects that come with it. Them being Cherubs living in heaven, they cannot fathom the idea of a complex life filled with good and evil. This is why they couldn't teach Lipton that lesson and he had to understand it himself. Seeing literal forces of good and evil fighting over his life is a perfect demonstration of what life is, and how it wouldn't be life if you'd only ever see one of those sides

It's like they don't know what happened for the rest of the people and don't they realized that the Cherubs killed a sinner, not a good guy. Maybe, maybe not. In hell, there a two types of denizens: The Damned and The True Demons. Rules apply differently for them like how certain True Demons can leave hell whenever they want(Stolas, IMP, Verosica Mayday). So it is possible and likely cherubs are true angels and lose the ability to return to heaven after committing a sin against a human. It might also be possible that the Damned can switch to heaven if they can redeem themselves for their sins and become a better person.

Let's be honest. The cherubs probably got kicked out of heaven long before Lyle died. Every death and bad thing in this episode besides Loopty's death occurred because they were forcing Lyle to live and were trying to make him happy with it.

Just noticed how the Cherubs keep covering Lipton's eyes and telling him to stop looking whenever anything bad happens... Made me realize their idea of a life worth living is a life where you turn a blind eye to the problematic aspects that come with it. Them being Cherubs living in heaven, they cannot fathom the idea of a complex life filled with good and evil. This is why they couldn't teach Lipton that lesson and he had to understand it himself. Seeing literal forces of good and evil fighting over his life is a perfect demonstration of what life is, and how it wouldn't be life if you'd only ever see one of those sides

This episode shows just how hard Charlie's goal will be to achieve. If you get kicked out of heaven for indirectly killing someone, even though it was not intentional, imagine how hard it would be to accept all the murderers, drugs addicts, escorts, etc
