Dough:
✰ 2 cups whole milk room temp
✰ 1/2 cup melted butter
✰ 1/2 cup sugar
✰ 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
✰ 5 cups AP flour
✰ 1 tsp baking powder
✰ 2 tsp salt
Filling:
✰ 3/4 cup light brown sugar
✰ 3/4 cup unsalted butter room temp
✰ 2 tbsp cinnamon
Icing:
✰ 1 cup powdered sugar
✰ 4oz cream cheese room temp
✰ 2 tbsp unsalted butter
✰ 4 tbsp milk
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
Bake at 350F for 25-30 mins. 35 mins MAX!

Yeah, but it’s painful to watch it in such slow motion. If you miss the very quick small letter at the top you have to back up and watch other parts again.

Hi! I personally didn’t get the same exact fluffy texture of butter as her, but what I did is that I put the butter in the microwave only a couple of seconds and mixed it with a fork after to obtain a kind of « fluffy » look to it

yeah I’m making them too rn it’s rising now and I added abit more flour but this is my 4th time making them and there has always been little mistakes every time but they have always turned out 🤤 tell me how they turn out!

The cinnamon rolls look very good and in fact now I'm making them but... in the part where you add the milk, butter, sugar and yeast, the sugar mixed with the melted butter and now it doesn't mix with the milk And, the sugar has a gelatinous texture, with the yeast everything is fine, but the problem is that now the sugar and the butter do not mix with the milk, could you tell me what I did wrong, please, or is that normal?

The room temperature part is the issue! The ingredients have to be at room temperature so everything mixes in smoothly. Next time make sure it’s room temperature and you’ll be fine 🧸🖤

@@souljester3376 10 mins is not enough to bring it to room temp. You have to wait until it’s no longer cold and it should be soft

No,because you will add the sugar powder
I literally left the milk and butter out overnight so it would be room temp but its still not mixing right. What is going on??? Is the milk still too cold?
i heat the milk and butter up on low heat, the butter will melt by itself but you’ll need to pay attention to the milk, so like just check the temperature with your little finger to make sure it’s not too hot
it said 2 1/4 tsp of yeast or one packet 7g one packet is 1.67 of a tsp so they are two different measurements of a very important ingredient

I used heavy 35% whipping cream! Measurements are mentioned in the vid x. The brand doesn’t matter tho. Whatever you find should work

No, it’s optional. If you skip the heavy cream then leave some space between the rolls in your baking dish. And don’t use foil! Just bake regularly. Same temp and time :>

yes! the yeast is very important dont skip it x

You can skip the heavy cream. But leave more space between the rolls before baking. And don’t use tin foil. Bake at the same temp + time :)
Hi, so when I made the filling it didn’t look like yours and when I put the filling on the dough came off & made a mess.
You have to make sure you’re rolling tightly so this doesn’t happen x
