Ingredients:
✰ 60ml lukewarm water
✰ 1 tsp active dry yeast
✰ 1 tsp sugar
✰ 1 egg room temp
✰ 3 tbsp sugar
✰ 2 tbsp melted butter
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/4 tsp salt
✰ 100ml room temp milk
✰ All purpose flour 250g
Fry at 360F for 1-2 mins on each side until golden brown. Top with honey and powdered sugar.

Tips below:
• Proof for 45mins before frying as mentioned in the video. do not skip this step!
• Eat them while they’re still hot / fresh they’re a lot better.
• Kneading the dough helps it becomes less sticky so make sure you knead enough. If you feel like you need to add more flour add a few tablespoons at a time until you’re satisfied! Just make sure that the dough is smooth and isn’t too dry at the end

The first time I made these I made them too thin and they just had air bubble in the middle, so if you’re going to make them, don’t make them thin

You can use instant yeast by all means, just let it rest for a few minutes with tge warm water and sugar then you'll see it frothing
