If yer gonna get a 214ce get the deluxe. Its the highest 214ce grade you can have and a different ES2 electronic. The 214ce just sounds lighter not deeper.

can you tell if the inside wood of the 214ce Plus is made of rosewood vs birch or sapele in the 214ce ?
I like the sound 214ce due to more open wood than plus witch is tight due to more gloss finish on it.
It look like 214ce Sound brighter.
