That’s it 100%….I don’t like bad companies, bad roofers, etc…but inside I’m telling myself this makes it so easy because I care, I treat them right, & I believe in my crew/products/etc….simple but puts you so far ahead of the others. 🤷🏻♂️
Adam, Didn’t watch this until this morning. But this was exactly the focus of our sales meeting yesterday. It’s so true, making a friend and bringing a service mentality to the interaction is so crucial. Great episode, I’ve sent it to my whole team to reinforce yesterday’s focus!
Stoked to support the team on a timely topic! We talked about this in DEPTH in the Pitch Pro Movement (how to ask, how to incentive, when to ask, and how to create an easy to follow referral system). You can easily 2x sales by doing it! Rock on man.
@@TheRoofStrategist Thanks Adam! I’m not part of Pitch Pro yet, but perhaps should dive into it. Your other program has been beyond beneficial! Enjoyed meeting & visiting with you in Orlando! Hope to see you at another conference sometime soon! Will you be attending WTS by chance?
@@Dred92 Happy to chat with you about it - call/text 303-222-7133 and we can set up a time. YES -- it was awesome seeing you in Orlando! I won't be at WTS. But I will be back at RoofCon and hopefully others next year!
You are very welcome! PS - The video that went live today was inspired by a comment you made :) Did you see it yet? ruclips.net/video/zSoKcPOfG4k/видео.html Thank you for the suggestion!
I think Mitch has the right Idea. but I have to say Adam your approach is simple and makes sense and essentially hits all the points you make in your breakdown for Your Referral System.
Appreciate the feedback, James. Lots to learn and unpack here. Goes to show that there isn't just 1 way to do things. At the end of the day - experiment and find the simplest and best SYSTEM to follow that works for you!
I'm thinking of hiring my own crew and doing sales and advertising myself. Should I poach from construction crews by paying better or use hiring services?
What is your referral strategy?

Wow, what a fabulous episode. Lots of gold in here. Serving people like this is a powerful example of how to live

I would reach out to your local supplier and ask for referrals :) They see folks in and out all the time. Start there.
