Yes! I feel like it's a fine line for me between vulnerability and verbal diarrhea. I also find that I am so conditioned to making space for others that I frequently shrink without realizing it

Yes I understand that. I’m working on finding more grace in my ways of sharing

Your words moved me deeply and resonated immensely with me, dear Echo. Because I have felt exactly the same about what is going on on the earth and what my part is, can be, in it.
I only watched this sharing of yours today though you released it 3 weeks ago.
And, once again, miraculously, without knowing your words, I was sharing more or less exactly the same thoughts in my classes this week.
About this heavily-weighing grief and sorrow, the suffering and sadness that I feel and see in the world but also in my reaction to it. But that I do feel as well too uneducated and not in the position to choose sides here, to create more separation by that.
But instead I was advocating for and inviting my students to practise this week with the intention of creating more union, more understanding again, of creating more capability within them for empathy and compassion. Of realizing that though we are unique beings separated spatially by our physical bodies, in truth we are all part of the big one, are connected - among other things - by breath, are the same. Seeing again that all life just wants to live in peace and freedom. And that that is not too much to ask for.
Because this is what is lacking so immensely these days in our society, in our humanness, I feel. That we've lost the sense of our oneness, of seeing ourselves in the eyes of another being.
So thank you so much for your sharing of your feelings and thoughts on this which felt like a much better put into words reflection of my inner world these days. ♡
    THANK YOU, really!
    Much, much love to you,
    Swantje

Oh my love and that is because we are all connected. What I feel and think, many others are at the same time. Someone else says it for those who do not.
