I am trying to cook korean dishes from your youtube channel because korean dramas have inspired me a lot....the dishes which are shown in the dramas are so tempting & mouth-watering that I am trying to cook some korean veg options now 🤭. But I need your help....Can you please tell me the substitutes of potato starch, heavy cream, parmesan cheese? I can't get them easily in India. Can I substitute: Potato Starch 🔁 Corn Flour? Heavy Cream 🔁 Milk Cream? Parmesan Cheese 🔁 Mozrilla Cheese or another type of cheese? Please reply 🥹🙏!!!!
It probably won't come out the same though. I've replaced potato starch with corn starch in the past and ended up with a much more starchy dough than intended.
I try to cook this recipe two times. But I can't make it well.😢. After boiling in the water at first time they dissolved in the water and in second time their inside was so doughy but outside was too dry.I dont like it's taste. 😅 Thank you for sharing this recipe. 🌹
