Those seats are honestly a work of art
I have a Lexus GS430 and it still runs like a brand new car and can still leave most cars in my dust effortlessly. Its amazing my wife has a rx400h and it's still perfect. No other company can build vehicles like Lexus. They have no rival.
It's too bad they just can't get infotainment right. They'd be unstoppable if they did.
I agree. My wife's 400h is now my parents. And she has the 450h. And I have the GS450H
I'd take this over any M5 or E63S. It's not about the power in the car. But it's the car in the power.
And you would have a crappy infotainment system, cracked dashes, melting mirrors, and a Camry wanttobe.
@@esteemedenergy lol your just mad you dont have one.
GetoverYourself I am one of the few commenters on here who actually has a GSF and I’ll tell you I would gladly take all of those issues (that aren’t known to the GSF) over the BMW and Mercedes issues I’ve dealt with!
@@esteemedenergy Camry want to be?? 😂 Pretty sure it's the other way around bud. Just like how Altima drivers think they're whipping a GTR.
I’m 44 and am going to buy 2 cars for the rest of my life
A ute( haven’t decided yet which one to buy ) and either Gs F or Rc F
Btw I own 2012 MB 250cdi (150kw 500nm) which is a great car too!
This is such a want for my garage!
I used to own a GS350 AWD fully loaded. Seats are amazing and even the 311HP was great. This is the perfect car for someone who has a growing family but also likes fun (over RCF). Too bad Lexus has rattle issues lately. Also, the fact this only comes in RWD is a bummer for colder weather areas.
I bought one last yr as my daily. Its a fun, balance and comfortable car.
I'm so mad Lexus discontinued the GS & GS-F models 😩
U serious mate?
@@jackalshine660 yeah 2019 is the last year for the GS line up 😭🤧😩
@@mechanicandi1064 F
Wow I didn’t know that! No wonder I haven’t heard about the 2020 GSF....
@@johnjohn3241Lexus saying the ES is selling more than GS so that's why they discontinued it but I have a feeling it will return no later than 2022 hopefully they get ahead in technology like the german rivals
Not true I don’t like the new infotainment with the pop out screens I like my screen shielded with shadow easy to view, and I like the mouse style
Agree!
Love my GS F
Same, it's an outstanding piece of craftsmanship and engineering.
Dream car 😍
We I am a fan of Lexus for a long time now and owned a few. Soon will be buying a newer car and looking at GS-F , Tesla S p100, Alfa Romeo Giulia Quad, or Nissan GTR. Any car enthusiast here with knowledge of these picks?
I drove everything and bought the G'S F 2 years
Ago. Love it.
@@MrMustangrick would you know anything about aftermarket wheel fitment on the GSF? Offset, width, clearance.
@@rmoore4yris Sorry I do not. I really like the optional wheels on mine.
Most M5 drivers trying to Shake off a GSF will crash unless they have a Racing License. .M5 is a bit too much for public roads...I am sure Lexus know they can Twin Turbo the GSF. .but what's the point?😆
Sadly the GSF has been discontinued - www.caradvice.com.au/846310/lexus-axes-gs-and-gs-f-new-v8-planned-for-future-models/
1500km is not long term... ask me some questions about 'long term' I'm 17k miles into mine and it is my daily driver :D
Hero14ish how often did you have to replace the tyres ?
Hey I’m thinking of buying one as my daily driver and I wanted to know how is it for long commutes and how comfortable are the seats
We asked... can u reply
2 years later still no reply. Hopefully u r not passed
How long can these cars last ? Milage wise ?? Cause I'm thinking of buying a used one with a 100K plus miles ? Good deal or ?
Probably forever with good maintenance
@@JDJD-mw9rr the one I'm looking at has 147K miles i dont know , might seem like alot but people say these cars run forever
I bought my Gs430 used a few years ago and it is still an absolute beautiful car ,and still runs like a brand new car plus I can leave almost any other at the light wondering what the hell just happened.
@@merlavery5057 maintenance?
@@archiij1707 I have a 20 year old gs400 with 150k and it's better than some new cars
Long term review with a thousand K....
RIP Lexus Gs (1993-2019) 😭💔
Off topic - is that an Orient watch you're wearing?
Mububban23 looks like an Omega Seamaster 2254.50
@@alexandergrant416 doesn't look like a seamaster bracelet though.
It has the HEV, and the the bezel looks right, but those hands don't look skeletonised.
Was wondering too what watch that is. Really nice.
Greg Burville full size seamaster sword hand, not the bond seamaster, it has speedmaster style bracelet
Fuck what a cool guy lol. I want to be that cool when I’m old. He’s got the classic jeans and black t shirt old guy
How does it stack up to m5 e55 e63 v8 Na?
None of them are NA anymore
@@fazeelbajwa yes is it as good as past Germans?
@Jack Z hahahahah....
E63 is $55000 more , plus its taxed $80000
Should be only as good as an used German just more refined
I hate bolstered seats. Getting in and out is a pain. How many times do we hit high lateral g's on the street - never? And the seat bolsters, on the side of the legs, they are bad for long drives as they press into the thighs.
Then don't get the F sport models
You can adjust the bolstering in the F-Sport models. It's not a fixed position. Not sure about the GSF but the GS350 F-Sports have 16-way adjustable seats.
I really really REALLY can’t stand that info-tainment. Really!!
Augur Cybernaut you are buying a car for infotainment? Lol maybe just get a Nintendo switch or ps5 for infotainment system.... honestly to tell you, you shouldn’t be using any infotainment while DRIVING at all...
Geo H I’m speaking as a fanboy...I’ve had every generation of GS. My FSport is a unit but that info-tainment... 😩 like eating six greasy tamales-you love’em but not everything about them💩
Looks like a Camry (and Camry’s are crap!).
Nah! The new Camry is a cool looking thing!
CarAdvice.com well the newest Camry finally looks ok but all previous models are ugly. My comment really was just to say the two things I said - it just looks like a Camry (which yes aren’t too bad looking now - I wouldn’t say Cool) and that Camrys are crap which they are. Lol
Seats lack the adjustability of a German car, especially upper back. And the car is floaty. Not a real sports sedan, but it is nice nonetheless.
Mine is not floaty on sport plus mode.
Gs F v8
Lol floaty... have you really driven it seriously?
Just a 50k toyota
Geez if that's 50k il take 2. Haha

That typical Toyota reliability and build quality. So nice that they’re better built than any other brand

@@djp4nfa Fanboy? Lol play with ur hot wheels bro. Not a Lexus fanboy. Just love their cars.
