Is the payment schedule only allow for a fixed rate? I am on a variable rate and want to use this payment schedule to show the periods I made payments and what the rate was at that time. If it changes, I'd like to be able to adjust the rate so every payment onwards has the new rate without affecting previous scheduled payments.....if that makes any sense at all!
For example, here in Australia, my bank has had 4 rate increases this year alone, and some within 1-2 months of each other. I want to be able to adjust this rate when I want to manually if I can

What happens if I started paying monthly for 31 months on a 180 month loan, but then my bank offered Acc Bi-weekly payments? And now I add principle to each Acc Bi-weekly payment starting in month 32? Can this spreadsheet change the payment frequency once started? Awesome spreadsheets!

You could start a new worksheet based on the remaining balance and term. Use the statement your bank gives you to verify all the other numbers.
