- Just got my hands on the brand spanking new DJI Mini 2 and had to put it to the test. So I brought it up to Niagara Falls, NY.
It did not disappoint.
With 4k video and 10km video transmission, the DJI Mini 2 - the successor to Mavic Mini - is the perfect drone for beginners. Weighing less than 249g, Mini 2 is portable enough to be a part of your everyday carry and light enough to be free of restrictions. Make your moments fly. Nice flying of the drone, cool looking views of the falls. Keep up the flying and thank you for sharing
Perfect! Congratulations on the content.
Really well done 🙌🏻
Going there soon any options to let the drone do its thing and come back ? i feel like i would lose it
Super illegal too, you must fly at a height of 3.5km above the falls according to local laws. Someone just got in a lot of trouble for a video like this because he flew right next to a helicopter
Awesome video, eh? Love my Mini2.
I’d be too scared to do that......basically got to write it off and hope it gets back to terra firma
How do u get sound?
Wow 🤩
You are brave, take your new sUAS out over the falls...great shots
The little drone holds it's own!
Great footage, is that flight even legal
Great question
@@ansupal440 Drone is under 250g - legal to fly in Canada too without additional certification...sorry to disappoint all of you armchair self-annointed homeland security agents
Nope. Check the sectional maps. Restricted up to 3500 ft. Close call there a while back.

@@allcityaerial6969 Yes it is legal, but NF is off limits as in Parks etc. Transport Canada regulations prohibit unmanned aerial vehicle flights in the air space between the ground and 3,500 feet (about one kilometre) above the Niagara River on the Canadian side from Whirlpool Road to the Welland River. Drones are also prohibited in Niagara Falls State Park in the U.S. Sorry to disappoint those that cannot read. This is the type of thing that messes it up for everyone else.
@@iainhmunro Sounds like it was already messed up for everyone else, so he didn't do any harm.
