I just came back from my ankle surgery. Your videos and instructions are really helping me to refresh the fundamentals and techniques I need to regain my confidence back. Great stuff. Keep coming!
visualization exercises can help you keep/regain your skills till your ankle lets you play. I read something about skiers comparing those doing runs vs. imagining the slope and suprisingly both had similar improvements.
The 4:45 -5:24 segment in this video (leading with the elbow, throwing up and away) might be the absolute best advice I have ever been given in tennis. Thanks man
Thanks for the video! Any tips for the kick or slice serves hitting too thin? Especially for the kick - it's ok when I toss the ball a bit backwards and give up momentum, but once I start tossing neutral or a bit forward, I start hitting thin even though I think I am putting myself underneath the ball.
Great video, like the way you explain tennis, … tip: use manual focus on your camera/ or lock focus on your phone to not get blurry videos! Keep up the great content
I've not watched this one yet, I love your stuff and I fully expect your subscribers to increase to stratospheric levels ....... But "Serve is Simple" ..... This I really gotta see 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
elbow needs to stay closely inline with the line between the 2 shoulders...the problem with moving your toss around is that most never can get even 1 toss right, much less 3.
It’s interesting you don’t focus or even mention the pronation through contact. Is that due to your views on it not being important or something else? I liked the emphasis of palm down and leading with the elbow. My serve is a Greek tragedy so will try those.
I just feel bad that like tennis doctor can say the biggest shit and clickbait and get all these views and then this channel is like miles better and has less views
Great explanation. Leading with the elbow may be a game changer for me. Will give it a try. Thanks!
@@huntsail3727 let me know how it goes 😁
Thank you - excellent instruction.
@@Golfcentric you're very welcome 😁 hope it helped

good video , just dont like the position of your racket at 8.10 where it is straight above your hand which it will not be but it will have an angle
Super
Mark Sansait needs to watch this video 🍦
That's hilarious, I'll tell him you suggested it

@bijano7320 I don't like to overly talk about pronation because most people misunderstand how it works without help. And end up worse

@@colinbyer3018 i greatly appreciate that comment 🙏 that annoys me sometimes as well
