The thing that isn't shown in the story is the organization of the protests/Riot. They touch on it briefly but there are factors that would actually implicate these people as being part of a domestic terror group. It is interesting how if it is BLM it isn't thought about in that way, but if it is some right wing group everyone calls them a terrorist. The elements still fit the crime.
