    DA (5:45): “Once they say he’s under arrest…”
    Saying you’re under arrest does not make it so. An illegal/unlawful arrest is actually an aggravated assault.
    Last I knew defending yourself from an assault is not against the law

    • @ar4203
      @ar4203 Год назад

      Every single thing in this comment is wrong. A wrongful arrest is not an aggravated assault. A wrongful arrest is its own thing, a wrongful/false arrest of which there are different kinds. Most states do not give you a roght to resist a wringful arrest & often arrests of innocent people are still entirely valid legal arrests even if it's the wrong person or the suspected crime didn't occur or etc etc, the officer only has to think they have probable cause. Resisting is almost never allowed or a good idea EVEN if the arrest is unlawful.

    • @ar4203
      @ar4203 Год назад

      @@howlinwulf niether I just think its a bad idea to give false information to people online when its not only possible but for some even likely it could get them killed. You cannot resist arrest even if in youre mind its "false", the police only need to reasonably beleive they have probable cause, even if it turns out they were wrong about something you can STILL be charged for resisting, if youre even alive at that point. Resisting doesnt help. Comply and fight it in the legal syatem afterwards- if it was wrong than guess what- big paycheck for you! Teaching people to resist is horrible advice that gets people killed.

    2:52 instead of comprehending feedback from a witness. "That's excessive force" (tasering a handcuffed suspect, can be considered torture, a crime) Officer Christian Ensley proceeds to threaten a witness to the scene of arrest with imprisonment (possibly exhortation, a crime). 3:06 invokes trespassing (incorrectly invoking a law that wasn't broken, frivolous invocation of law, failure at law enforcement), "Do you have permission to be here?" Inapplicable use of the word "permission", U.S. is not a dystopian police state... yet... citizens are actually allowed to move about freely (demonstration of horrendously bad understanding of American law).

How is this department not shut down. This is unacceptable. Every officer should be let go. We should not have to fear going to police or looking for our friends or family. 1:40 Quite often these cops wrestle the suspect to the ground and demand they put their hands behind their back, while they have the suspect's arm pinned underneath them. Then claim resisting arrest. Really, they're that oblivious. Police state style is probably appealing to stupid cops, they have immunity and attack anyone, charge them with anything even a superior if they have the numbers. 2:20 Lying is a danger sign, blatantly lying on report (can be considered obstruction of justice, also a crime) shows he been able to get away with it quite often. This cop isn't interested in Truth and Justice. He's just clocking in the hours to pick up a paycheck at the end of the week while cosplaying. You can tell by the stupid grin on his face the whole time. You can tell they're not enforcing the law when they ignore procedure and Constitutional Rights (also known as civil rights). Constitutional Rights makes up the 10 highest law of the United States. They ignore those then all you have is a guy with a gun and badge running around playing cops and robbers.

    I never want to see anyone get hurt, but when a cop gets shot and killed, scenes like this make me feel like he probably had it coming.

    Listen to that fool has made by blood boil. My God this is disgusting and disturbing to me. Innocent men attacked by a sadistic police officer and then to add insult false charges were made. Why do is that fool defending this evil officer. That officer needs to be charged and sacked before he takes a innocent life. Oh my God America wake up before it's too late. I also just want to say to the reporter I have great admiration for you. You are a true hero. I just wish Americans had more people like you. God bless you all
