Indian Street Food: Dahi Puri, Paneer Kathi Roll at "Curry On Naanstop" Mobile Kitchen Truck, London

- We've been meaning to visit this recently opened food truck for a while now; because we've heard that they're serving up some of India's most favourite street food dishes, as well as the fact that we were keen to take a look at the fully mobile, self-contained kitchen that's been created by these guys. We have to say that we are not easily impressed but on this occasion we were actually astonished by what has been achieved by the Curry On Naanstop team.

On the day of our visit we had Dahi Puri: "Crispy hollow Wheat Bubbles filled with Vatana (Yellow Peas), Coriander & Mint Chutney, Date & Tamarind Chutney, Sweet Yoghurt, Chaat Masala, Chilli Powder, Sev (crunchy Indian Noodles) and garnished with freshly chopped Green Coriander Leaves.

a Paneer Kati Roll: A Roti flatbread filled with homemade Indian Spiced Cottage Cheese, "Rainbow Salad", Green Chutney, Amli Chutney, Mango Chutney, Chaat Masala, Chilli Powder and garnished with chopped Green Coriander.
There are a few other Desi Indian vegetarian "Street Eat" items on the menu which we didn't get to eat this time around, so we can't wait to pay a return visit wink wink!!! ;-)

People from south india are very humble , well behaved. People from the hills of the north india are also very loving and kind. The people from north east are very good in sanitation and are well mannered.

When I convert the currency to Indian rupees the prices are SO high, but yes, worth it. Malls in India sell street food for almost the same price

Dang. That looked like full fledged kitchen. They have almost everything that is required . The food too was very authentic. Normally, it's hard to find authentic indian food abroad. They kinda adapt too much to completely change the flavours.

Super the vehicle is very good and clean
It's nice and very good to see that ♥️ but we put smashed potatoes in Pani Puri or dahi Puri...that's South Indian dahi Puri but loved it.
And we don't put chutney in rolls or wrap but she did it as she said what people around there want and she changed it accordingly to that that's smart ♥️ and wow nice van...I loved it 🔥

Brilliant concept, beautiful van. I'm in the process of establishing an Indian Street Food Truck. However, I chocked when I found out the cost of converting and fitting a similar van by the same company. £30,000 and that's excluding the cost of the van.
