I liked the way he made the consistency of chutney and Sambar so thick.... Amazing :) It's a smart way to avoid ...small cups to serve Sambar or the plates with provision for chutney and Sambar. It's UK.... Guys, people are enjoying his dosas..... And there is never a hard and fast way to cook food.... This is how many recepies have evolved over time...... Appreciate it and please don't comment negative..... Sambar in Andhra.... tastes different from Karnataka and Tamilnadu.... For UK and London.... I think this is the perfect way.....
Your right but actually I think feedback is good for any food vendor. So he/ she can make better version than previous. Negative it's just a polarity. Just changed the probes. Like probes of voltmeter 😀 you get positive polarity.
I know right. It's perfect and clever. Even in our place india in rainy days to avoid the havoc of plastic cups street dosa makers make the chutney and sambar thick. It's a great way. Nice to see ppl like you understanding instead of criticizing. Great.
He collect money with his right hand and has a glove on his left hand just Indian things dude......... Only Indians will understand this Drop a thumbs up if you got it
They are already international but people don't appreciate it because the same food gets badly served and treated without any respect in other parts of India and also they are costly for no reason. North of India are eating Idli Sambar Vada Masala Dosa Utappam which are authentic south indian dishes on daily basis. The restaurants in North of India serve these dishes calling it "south Indian'' but without any kind of authenticity.
sorry not sorry keep rediculing Indians on one hand and keep stealing their culture on the other. Nice strategy bud. Stop eating spices and stop doing yoga for a start and then stop using nos in ur daily life after that and come back and I will tell you what more to stop.
Hi I am a South indian and I am happy and proud to see my country's foods are travelling beyond boundaries and enriching life's.. all the best for your dedicated work and improvisation
Guys stop blaming the person who is preparing the food, he will be not a mad person to make thick chutney and Sambhar but the choice of people over there will be in the way he is preparing, when he is preparing food he will be knowing what consistency Sambhar and chutney should have. We people only know to find others mistakes . Inspite of doing this appreciate him for sharing our cuisine in London.
agree your point Jay , mostly in those climate the chutney freezes , and even if he ass water in sambar it wont have that texture as how it looks in india, all due to climate
Am East African and we make this its called lah oh! We traditionally eat it with ghee and syrup or with fried liver with onion peppers tomatoes and chilli! It's interesting to see similarities in food culture
There is a good bit of Indian cuisine and population all over the commonwealth countries in both Africa and the Caribbean. This is how Jamaica got curry for instance.
Indian Guys those who comments for Cleanliness in INDIA first try to keep yourself clean uh urself don't throw garbage indirectly after few days ppl will follow uh🙏
Truely amazing everyone wants that kind of things which they see in other nation but they dont understand the responsibilities how those people take about their nation
This cleanliness is needed in India..with our awesome food..though he is no Indian..like the way he wanted to take our recipe and give to uk..people...that too...people are open minded to appreciate food from different land...which is awesome...our indian food has always joined people...of different....lands .....proud of what this man is doing..God bless you mate!
After viewing Indian street stalls like the ones found in Mumbai, it is refreshing to visit a video featuring a clean work area, for a change. Where the vendor takes his time and cooks ONLY what he/she can handle. And when the cooked dish is served, the overall appearance is not messy. Great job there, young man!!!
He is preserving cleanliness. We usually get them cooked at home or enjoy in restaurants. For this small space, he has managed almost everything. Sambhar is something really different but it was looking so yum in this video- sambhar without curry that I couldn't imagined.
I'm watching for the first time a foreigner trying an egg dosa. Although he made it according to their tongues by adding sauces we in Andhra Pradesh use chilli powder and spicy onion chutney on top of it .
Good luck young man. You are so nice and humble. No boasting and silly cooking theatrics..just a genuine guy doing the best that he can. And your dosa looks great. All the best from Australia.
He really enjoys making them, also he is making perfect Dosa better than many vendors here in India, Thanks to that lady for sharing and teaching recipe to him, Hope he is doing well in this tough times
5 pounds is around 500 rupees... A dosa here costs anywhere in between 45-100 rupees!! Just a comparison...... I really liked the way he used minimal oil with no butter or cheese! Best wishes to the guy...he looked very sincere and dedicated towards his work...
It truly is authentic south Indian food and we Indians love it Do try it for sure Ull be wanting it again and again u taste buds will not let you stop😋
Bahut achhi baat h humaare indian food ko bhi London mein pyaar se parosa jaa raha h aur pasand bhi kiya jaa ra h, yeh insaan kitna pyaar se yeh dish ko bana ra h London ho uk ho koi bhi country ho pyaar baaton pyaar pyaar hi milta h, jisne vedio banaya usko bhi naman aur dosa banaane wale ko bhi🙏🙏🙏
I wish I had a place like this to eat near my home! Living outside of your country and getting the street food makes you feel like your home. Really loved the way he is cooking and would like to try that thick sambar.
This is a 100 times better than burgers and pizza.. Lite and nutritious...i like Egg dosa specifically..If I was him I bring in variations in dosa.. There are more than 50 types of dosas..Sambar in not like a curry form. Usually it's saucy and curry.. I guess this way avoids sambar littering..
When you eat 'Masala Dosa' witha spoon, you can't tag it as a south Indian food. Because Dosa is something that you should eat with your hands. Eating food with own hands is an art.
You must not calculate it that way. For them it is just like Rs 4/= and not Rs 400/=. Further,in India even in a normal restaurant one Masala Dosa costs Rs 75/= to Rs 100/=.
I liked the way he made the consistency of chutney and Sambar so thick.... Amazing :)
It's a smart way to avoid ...small cups to serve Sambar or the plates with provision for chutney and Sambar. It's UK.... Guys, people are enjoying his dosas..... Really.. Can't agree more.. Each land brings in its Uniqueness to an existing dish.. Looks nice and clean.. No negative comments please.
Hai brother please show him my tips which I typed in command
I know right. It's perfect and clever. Even in our place india in rainy days to avoid the havoc of plastic cups street dosa makers make the chutney and sambar thick. It's a great way. Nice to see ppl like you understanding instead of criticizing. Great.
The man wa
This guy looks like he really enjoys what he's doing. All the best to him and his business!
Yes you are right 👍👍
This makes me. Feel proud as india is spreading a healthy street food.....
👍
He collect money with his right hand and has a glove on his left hand just Indian things dude.........
Only Indians will understand this
Drop a thumbs up if you got it
Indeed bro Indian's don't take money through left ✋
Right hand is a polite hand, left hand is not polite, since... you know what happened in the toilets... Namaste 🙏.
South Indian foods have the potential to become international food.
North Indian too
This is the level of Cleanliness we need in india.
sorry not sorry keep rediculing Indians on one hand and keep stealing their culture on the other. Nice strategy bud. Stop eating spices and stop doing yoga for a start and then stop using nos in ur daily life after that and come back and I will tell you what more to stop.
+Ranjit Singh yea ur right ....1st fol u dnt copy someothrs culture.... before telng thy r dirty....
True.
He is just serving 1 at a time..let him serve 20 people at a time then compare the cleanliness..
The Time he has taken to prepare one Masala Dose indian .. would have made 4 at the same time..
And Don't talk to us that we Indians are dirty..
I admire his sincerity and humility in his work. It shows.
Humility?
Humanity
South Indian Like Here... Tamilnadu ✌️

The way he presented the plate and the way he done his job is just amazing.....he is doing perfectly everything...

Just need to add water if you like it less thick..
Then why name south indian if it's made as per the choice of people there... He needs to rename it as dosa stall instead of South Indian dosa
Thick chutneys are a premium...
agree your point Jay , mostly in those climate the chutney freezes , and even if he ass water in sambar it wont have that texture as how it looks in india, all due to climate
The guy seem so humble....hygine level is high something like we need here in india too
Ohh then ull have to pay 450 rupees(5 Pounds) for that 1 Dosa
@@Vinodgorgeos nope bro hygiene don't cost that much
@@Vinodgorgeos there ingredients costs high so price is high you dumb
I hope one day hygiene will be the first priority in India..as of now hygiene levels are so rare ciz no one cares about hygiene...
Yeah hygiene at least at basic level
The way how he treat and respect the customer is like awesome 😊😊😊
God bless him. I wish him well.
Ben Ritchie McWrath
I am interested to start businessi like cooking ,

Loved his attitude.
What a hardworking man. God bless you bro! :)
Am East African and we make this its called lah oh! We traditionally eat it with ghee and syrup or with fried liver with onion peppers tomatoes and chilli! It's interesting to see similarities in food culture
African and Indian culture are somewhat very similar to each other. 2 of the oldest civilisations of the earth after all.
There is a good bit of Indian cuisine and population all over the commonwealth countries in both Africa and the Caribbean. This is how Jamaica got curry for instance.
damn, that sounds good!
Nice to know that people also have ghee in non indian cuisine.
We are all related.
You re mu bro & sis

This guy uses one of the most innovative ways to avoid cups for chutney and sambar.
I wish him to reach the highest success in his job...God bless you brother

Wow I like this video and make many video like this
the coconut chutney and sambhar is too dry indian sambhar and chutney little bit liquidy
Poonam Gupta very true
Yeah I was about to comment that
Yes
Poonam Gupta he should put some oil on it.
Bcz american hates anything curry
I really liked his dedication towards his work and the satisfaction that he enjoyed while receiving his money
Nice video. Neat and clean. Happy to see this.
The guy has passion in what he's doing
When you eat 'Masala Dosa' witha spoon, you can't tag it as a south Indian food. Because Dosa is something that you should eat with your hands. Eating food with own hands is an art.
You're quite right, but spoon is preferable when you are unable to wash your hands.
This guy has left dosa plain I love you bro, till now Indians would have added many stuff on that
£5 = 400/-indian rupee...
In India you can buy 16 masala dosa ( 25/- Indian rupee each)..
I live in Kuwait.
Here one masala dosa cost 150-200 Rs.
Countries where there is no competition for indian food rate will be more
Just the same way, Pizza costs more in India. Whereas in Italy it would be very cheap.
Dude he doesn't come to India to buy all the ingredients for it. The ingredients are costly over there too
You must not calculate it that way. For them it is just like Rs 4/= and not Rs 400/=. Further,in India even in a normal restaurant one Masala Dosa costs Rs 75/= to Rs 100/=.
@@wewake2940 😅😂
