To fix this I've just downloaded openshell to replace my windows menu and put in custom commands on the shutdown and restart button that set the value back to 100 when I shutdown or restart. Then I created a batch file that sets both to one and starts my game. This really lowered my delay and feels amazing.

MouseDataQueueSize & KeyboardDataQueueSize To understand this, you may first need to understand what a "pointer" is in programming. A pointer is just a reference to an area in memory, this reference can be used together with a predefined size to read or write data. In the case of "MouseDataQueueSize" and "KeyboardDataQueueSize" the size is defined with this registry value, if it is too small the mouse starts to jump because not all data is read.

Yeah if you rebooted after you changed it then it should work just fine
@@khorvietech Alright , appreciate it , I put 30 , im on a 1600 dpi 1000 hz mouse , should i try with 20 or it isnt a big diff ? Earlier i checked my cpu usage when i was moving my mouse and it was going from 3 to 33 and now from what i saw after i put 30 , it js goes like 10 or in that range , its def a change
You can try with 20 if you like, always worth a test
NICE TRY! thank you
so can you do a keyboard and mouse delay opt?
Perhaps I could make a full guide
Anyone use exm tweaks? debating buying the premium!
I reviewed in a past video, works well
@@khorvietech thanks ily
Bro can you plz make a low gpu usage or bottlneck fix video ❤❤
Can you do a video about lossless scaling? It can double to triple your fps
It’s something I want to look into
What about if we put our mice on 8000hz just for the sake of the argument. What would we benefit from more? Care to do some testing? How wouls we even set up a test?
Good morning khrovie tech!
Morning!
The youtube channel that increases osu! players coping level, why did they miss (latency)
Also thanks for those videos
lol
@@khorvietech Also a serious question, does that mouse queue size affect drawing tablet latency?
What happened to adamx? i lowkey forgot about him
He went to go focus on his utility instead of doing RUclips
can u make a video on frame gens i don’t trust them so it would be cool seeing what frame gens actually do
It rerenders another of the same frame to give the illusion of better smoothness in super simple terms
@@khorvietech alr thanks
Can you make a video about how to use hidusbf? Its a software about overclocking your mouse/controller's polling rate
Perhaps
@@khorvietech Please man I've been searching the web for a clean tutorial and explanation like yours.
Will this work if I have filter keys on?
Most likely
@@khorvietech It does, ty
Do you still recommend a value of 30-40 for 8k hz polling mice?
I think 8khz is a scam, tends to cause a lot of issues on most machines. But yeah you can still give those values a try
@@khorvietech I already own one of those mice. It was originally 4hz and it got a free 8k firmware update. I use it for CS2 and personally it feels cleaner than 1k
i have 2000 hertz mouse should i make it 30 or what ?
Worth a test
Hi khorvie I like ur content ,It helps me alot .
I am a laptop user and my physical memory 8 w 3200mhz speed but in the task manager it shows 2667mhz
Specs: i7 1165g7 Iris xe graphics 512ssd 8gb ram ddr4
Is there a way to fix and whats the best virtual memory for valorant and thank you !
If you can boot into bios you can change ram speeds there, for virtual memory it depends on a per system basis
@@khorvietech I tried from bios but there is nothing about memory ,Is there a program or from regedit to change it .
And thank you for the response
but so it's good to set the values so low, does it really work?
It works, just not anything huge
I set mine to 35 decimal and can feel a difference…I typed all of this before thinking about it though as well
Sweet
You better subscribe to this channel if you haven't done it yet.
you’re supposed to set the mouse data queue size to match the raw data framesize in your mouse's hardware buffer. I would also give it a +5 or 10 to be safe.
To ensure absolutely no issues, yes. The video was mainly just a matter of explaining how it works
@@khorvietech was just letting ppl know bc most recommend setting it too low. i know for the 3360 its supposed to be set at 54. i got the tweak from adamx years ago and could never figure out why my pc was stuttering/beeping and that was the cause.
@@amiinside91 do you know what it is for 3395 or where to find this info at
where do you find the framesize of your mouse's hardware buffer
@@jonathanmoreira8930 it would be 54
