In this video, I'll show you how I make my Stuffed Shells! It's a great weeknight meal that's sure to please.

Here's what you'll need, I'll show you what to do:
Jumbo shells
Ground beef
Spaghetti sauce
Ricotta cheese
Fresh or frozen spinach
Eggs
Shredded cheese
Grated parmesan cheese
Minced garlic
Minced onion
Salt&Pepper
Garlic&Onion powder
Italian seasoning

I just made stuffed pasta shells a few days ago. My daughter doesn’t like meat so I add meat to my sauce. I also do stuffed shells with a homemade Alfredo sauce and chicken.

I searched "Meat Stuffed Shells" and found this recipe! I was a little worried, due to the lack of exact measurements, and I had to eyeball how much you were adding when you said add a "little bit" of this or "a little bit" of that, but in the end, it worked out & the shells are delicious 😋 I had to remove the foil & bake them a little longer for all of my cheese to melt. I even used the broiler on my oven to brown the cheese a tad bit. Also, I used San Marino Italian Whole Tomatoes to make my sauce & I used ground turkey for my meat, because we don't eat beef. Your recipe is great I tried it with ground turkey, hunt'scrushed tomatoes, Primavera sauce,cream & mozzarella cheese.
Seasonings:minced garlic, yellow onion,parsley flakes,paprika onion & garlic powder to season the meat.

Hey! You don't have to use it at all. As far as a substitute, I've seen ppl use light cottage cheese in place of ricotta. Thanks for watching and commenting🥰
Sour Cream is a good substitute for Ricotta Cheese.
