Now in July 2023 she has the world 400m indoor lead and has just run 51.45 in London for the 400H. This is almost the same time McLaughlin ran in her first WR run last year in the U.S. championship

Such a great attitude. With a speedy first 200 a 400m world record is within reach (yes, the one set by the East German woman who was certainly doping). You could do it. And if you like lactic, try this combo: burpees to failure, then immediately do the same number of jumping jacks, then immediately do the same number of jump ropes (without the rope). The burpees take you to 'lactic land', then switching to different/easier exercises allows to continue functioning there, and this accustoms your body/mind to that possibility. Also, it works your legs/arms in three different ways that are helpful to runners. Sebastion Coe said that at his best he felt like he was flying - I wish you, and all your orange teammates, that wonderful feeling.
@@fatmansprinter Did you not hear what she said, in the winter they have no track to train on, it's all outside endurance work where is her advantage over the dopers, the eastern european sprinters not only had PED's to rely on but indoor facilities in the winter, take that all into account.
@@mstrunn Some people are just born better, naturally faster, stronger more intelligent etc. Maybe you remember someone in your high school days where some cheaters cheat on exams to get better grades and no matter how much they cheat they could never get to the top? Some people are just born better, the cheaters are the ones who take enhancers to try to reach their level but even then some level just cannot be reached no matter how much you cheat.
I love how down to earth she is even with all her success at such a young age. Her parents deserve a lot of credit for raising her right.

You also have to take into account track and spike improvements that have given Femke advantages that the dopers didn`t have.
