Amsterdam to Paris by train High-Speed travel Life World in comfort. This week we will travel on Thalys Amsterdam to Paris High-Speed Train. Three hours and 20 minutes of fun.

Today we're reviewing the high-speed train from Amsterdam to Paris.
Get your tickets early and pay attention to the seat layout. You can get four seats together in a booth if you're really careful when you make a purchase.

Very late. Our train was late and the train operators have a refund policy if the train is a little late. So read that. It may come in handy.

Boarding. The train is a little bit chaotic. As you board, you'll need to stow your large bags on the baggage area. You can walk through this area as you get to your seat. You can also carry on your backpacks to your seat.
Yes, there's plenty of room above it. If someone misses the train, they're allowed to ride on the next available in the baggage area. That made me uneasy watching people standing by our bags. The whole trip, but it was okay. Just weird.
I loved the scenery as we crossed Belgium and into the French countryside. It was beautiful.
The tracks run alongside the interstate. It was fun looking at how fast we were going compared to the people on the interstate,

We, we were humming The train ride takes three hours and 20 minutes to get to Paris. The train stops at Shuffle Airport, Rotterdam Antwerp and Brussels.

I enjoyed the train. I would definitely suggest if you're taking the train pack as lightly as possible. That's

All that luggage, you're carrying it on the train and you know, we've been there for over a week already, but we got on the train, so of course we had a lot of luggage and it was heavy. You gotta deal with it on the train. Yeah,
You gotta deal with it. You're your own baggage person. So as long as you can handle that, the rest of it was wonderful. You really neat, really enjoyed it. we had the four cedars, we had four people with us and that let us have conversations. We were able to get photographs. They told me I had to sit in my seat. No driving this time. Mimi's face when she at that apple crap is epic. I can't describe what that stuff tasted like. It wasn't good.

Hi, Was there any passport control during this route?i’m renewing mine and i have to go to Amsterdam. Thanks in advance

Once you are in the EU you can travel without a passport. You must have one to get into the EU. Right now the Passport office is doing much better on a regular passport request the goverment says it is taking 7 to 9 weeks. (much better than the 16 weeks we were seeing last year) On a rush it is taking 3 to 7 weeks. If you have a passport card you must send it in with the passport. You can't find that info on their website but they will hold up you renewal if it is not with your regular passport. Good luck and thanks for the question

One more thing. There is an American hotel right next to the train station if you do not have a hotel booked yet. We have stayed at several places in Amsterdam but like this one the best. It is the Double Tree By Hilton. It is so close to everything downtown. You can walk to everything. Enjoy your trip
