You have another believer in me and i havent even got it down yet. Just the way you explain your methods and reasoning for why you do it that way resonates with me and im watching and reading all i can about the HLP. Thank you.
Thank you Sir! So glad I found your channel! My son is 10 and we have been adopting this new technique. He understands every part of the swing now and has more power and accuracy. I can’t thank you enough! Warm regards from Australia!
This concept allows you to adjust as needed. It builds on the concept of "turning the barrel" with some slight, but significant advantages. Getting the barrel through the zone with significantly better bat speed is pretty effortless when you do it right.
Crazy world. Tom Egan, MLB Catcher, was my first coach. He was teammates with Mike ‘Super Jew’ Epstein on the Angeles. The 80-90s game was heavily impacted by the introduction of artificial turf…that crap sucked. So much old school knowledge (skills) and game IQ was lost during this time. We are still experiencing the negative effects of the 80-90s on the game. Today, there is an over reliance on technology. Tech is good when used properly. I think technology (video analysis and sensors) combined with the knowledge of guys like Dave Kiriloff, Lorenzo (Gradum Baseball, and Teacherman we’re about to see some kids performance skyrocket.
Moe norman the best golf ball striker ever know talks about the downswing and that the butt of the club has to be higher than the head. I'm trying this with my golf swing and the speed increased by 10mph
I lke the load aspect of your methodology. My question deals with the front foot. Do you think by not getting the front foot down into the swing and rolling to the heel, that you are limiting the ground-force interaction? Just curious.
Knocker knuckles vs box grip is debated frequently. Knocker knuckles is better for control and contact hitters. Power hitters tend to use the box grip. So it really depends on the type of hitter you are and want to be.
This is for high school or college kids, the reason Bonds, Ramirez or Judge are successful is because it was their job and hitting hundreds of balls in the cage everyday doesn't hurt also Bonds was the greatest hitter to ever play
Bold statement pal! Ever heard of a guy by the name of Ted Williams? I’d even go as far as saying the late great Tony Gwynn was hands down, by far a better “hitter” than Bonds. Bonds no slouch don’t get me wrong. But look at Gwynn’s spray chart and strike outs. Look up how many times he went down looking too. Bonds could hit the long ball better than anyone. But don’t forget either the asterisk that comes associated with Bonds. Not sure if the two guys I mentioned dabbled in the juice like your boy bonds did. Somethin to think about that’s all.

Facts. In the 80s my coach was a former mlb player. (Gilhousen) He taught it, turn, stride, rotate. We dominated at the plate.

Great video
Any progression drill for hip coil ,snap ,tillt ??
After watching you videos since June or July of last year I realize it’s all lower body it’s so weird but is that correct?
You could use your wall drill pvc to rearrange it to make this 3D drill set up. Love you my dude
Does grip matter? Your grip looks like it's a bit flatter than the traidtion lining up the knocker knuckles. Any suggestions or guidance on grip?

This is great for beer league softball players!
We need someone to do his videos recording for him .

All that means nothing with steroids involved! Bonds will never be in the Hall of Fame because he cheated. Sad but true!

What are you feeling at “Right Here”?
All your videos are really good stuff. But having a better mic would make a HUGE difference.
Now that you explained it using math I understand.
Good videos BUT you need to upload videos in higher quality! :)
This guy is a complete charlatan. You would do well never to listen to a single word.
