My stimulus for training is the personal satisfaction that day after day, over and over you went to the gym and after you're done you're just like "wooow man I just killed another session, I just did it once again". That feeling gives so much power, to keep moving forward and keep pushing towards your goals. Besides that I was always "the skinny kid who's in the gym everyday wasting his time". You can get so much strength and power from comments like these because for me it's not necessary about proving those people wrong. For me it's about not letting those comments get to me and not getting discouraged or start disbelieving in myself. Instead prove that I AM strong enough to reach my goals and become the person I want to become. Self believe can bring you literally anywhere in life, if you just believe you can obtain it. As humans we only move towards outcomes in which we think they are possible. That's why it all starts by believing you can do it. That's more important than skill, ability, strength, you name it, all of those things. Believing in yourself is more powerful than all of that. Often most of us ask ourselfs to much 'if' questions such as 'I wonder if I can do this’ ‘I wonder if I'm capable of doing this', instead of asking the 'how' question, ‘HOW am I going to do this, because I know I can do this.’ The ‘if’ people never got to what they wanted cause they never truly believed in themself. They never opened the gates towards greater things. I get so much power from believing in myself and from believing everything is obtainable. If you have the courage to believe and trust in yourself you will succeed. Why? Because you won't stop until you make it happen, no matter what, no matter how hard it gets, you WILL find a way and you won’t quit. This is where I get my power and motivation from to train every single day and become the best version of myself. That is my motivation.

Learn to fast until at least 1pm
Eat 300-500 calories less than your maintenance calories (Google TDEE calculator or use My Fitness Pal)
Eat things high in Protein to keep you full and satisfied
Bodyweight cardio and push ups etc in current climate
That should be a start and you will learn more as you go
