The flashing are IR leds so the camera can see your eyes in low light and at night. Works through glasses and sunglasses, too. On the Mach e, the camera is in the middle between the LEDS. On the Lightning, it’s to the left of the right LED behind that lens. The cameras do not connect to any video systems and only talk to an ECU for driver monitoring.
Thank you for your kindness and comment. 2 inch leveling in the front and I always like to go with BF Goodrich K02. I always have great comments to send them and do so eventhough I am not sponsored or remunerated by them.
great video! It looks like the F-150 lightning has a leveling kit with larger non-stock tires. Does it affect the BlueCruise setup? Your video covers the BlueCruise setup for a Mustang Mach-E, will the setup work on a Lightning that is leveled? How is the speedometer re-calibrated after the larger tires are added?
My 2023 lariat bluecruise does not work while towing but my old 2021 lariat had it so I don’t know if it’s a defect or a change Ford has made as no one at Ford seems to know...does anyone have this issue as well?
@@Johnnyscarcarereviews it’s wrong as the new system should be better not worse ! I still can’t straight answer from Ford engineer they have no clue ...I’m still finding a way to get it if not then trade in for another truck that has that feature. I pay more to get less...;(
Great video Johnny. There is so much technology on these vehicles that videos like this are really needed.
Thank you Jim Durand for the support
One pedal driving is the way to GO PEDAL TO THE METAL always.
Right on? No point in driving an electric slowly and causing a line up
Thank you for watching TNBubba I would appreciate seeing you in the comments.
I agree TNBUBBA, I’d love to have Blue Cruise on my Maverick. It’s why I ordered a new Maverick with Adaptive Cruise Control.
so setting the blue cruise and jumping in the back seat to take a nap are out of the question. LOL 😆 thanks 4 the information, Johnny. FINISHER
Our pleasure! And that is funny. First time cruise control in RVs and there were a few accidents.

Thank you for the great added information
Thanks
Great video, truck looks awesome, what leveling kit and wheels/tire size?

Good info. I wonder if the 2024 Mustang convertible will have it. I have a BMW X7 on order with their driving assist .
I suspect that the 24 Mustang will have it as optional
Blues Clues :-)
When it doesn't come set up and there are no clues then yes it males for the perfect name. You gave me a good chuckle. Thank you
Good one junkpick 😂

Blue cruise not affected. It works with the bigger tires and leveling kit
Finisher - Do you find the flashing lights to make sure you are looking at the road distracting, especially at night?
They flash when filmed but you don't notice them at all otherwise
Great question Zachary T. Austin I was wondering myself.
@@Johnnyscarcarereviews Thanks, thought f the Lariat Signature lights that look like they are flashing on camera, but not in real life.

Same here. I've been told it's how the new system works

Way too wordy. Could have told us how to do this in 3 minutes, not 9.
Fair enough, thank you for sharing your thoughts on the video.
Please direct us to your video, where you quickly and succinctly impart this information without wasting my time.
