It's clearly the wall you'd be looking at from the bed and the wall behind where you want the tv aiming. The way it is now if anyone opens that door it's going to hit the TV no matter what position it's in, well unless it's facing the wall.
When laid flat on the wall is the centre of TV bang on centre with the mount? No offsetting needed?
I think you meant to say swivel 180 degrees. Rotate would mean it could go vertical as well as horizontal.
