You’ve created a remarkable garden! For a young garden, the growth is impressive. Love that gate! One thing to note for all gardeners is to make sure you trim your trees back from the tips to make sure you keep the weight balanced. It goes more for large trees, but even small trees can benefit from removing leveraged weight, thereby preserving the life of limbs. I really enjoyed the transformation photos because this is the first time I’ve seen any of your videos it was helpful to see where you started. You really have created a Wonderland for nature and transformed a boring yard into something really spectacular. Your ingenuity in what is a real problem for many properties, water/drainage, and turning it into something beautiful, deserves an award design! Great teamwork behind in front of the camera… The speed and what you move through the garden is perfect and your gentle humor and short story throughout our enjoyable. Well done!❤❤

Every corner of this garden has required clever solutions to a variety of serious yard issues- the result is such a brilliant, artistic, and beautiful accomplishment!! Your can-do attitude is boundless- most people would never have come up with half of the beautiful ideas and plant combos you have. Terrific fun - absolutely enjoy this tour!! Thank you for the inspiration!

Absolutely gorgeous. Reminds me what i was working on at my old house. Exactly same fish pond type yard and seamed to be the water collector. My x (now)was so mad at me for constantly working on it, but now enjoys it with great pride, as he bought the house out from me. I built raised, curvy flowerbeds with trees, shrubs and perennials where water typically collects, round knockout rose bed around crab apple tree, other arrangements around trees, a “privet” living fence to separate veggie garden. We had a field for volleyball net, two bone-fire areas, arches, evergreens. Evergreens inside the deck ( as we extended it after i planted them), a “moskov” white lilac putting up the show and smell right in the windows by the deck. I can imagine what else would be there if i stayed. It was my first big years long project with 0 budget in mind.
He lost many flowers as im gone and yet the yard is an oasis.

Watching your tour of you garden makes me wish I had the energy of my past youth to add to my garden I’ve inherited to enlarge so this year my idea was to start with seeds without a lot of good luck. But even at 80 years of age I’m willing to learn and be hopeful. There are some plants that at first I thought was Crape Myrtle but have been told no it’s not so I don’t know what to do with it. Love watching your videos because you show the names of plants and I think we are in same zone since I’m in Mo. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful garden.
