By now you've probably guessed that I'll be doing an entire series of these chant songs, and you'd be right! This is the second in the series, and it's Pinkie's chant! It was absolutely stunning to see this song come together like it did. From the idea, right down to the final mix that RainSnowHail sent me. I realize that it may not live up to Chant of Immortality's standards in the opinion of many, but I personally believe this one has more beauty in it. I hope you enjoy it. First off, I'd like to thank RainSnowHail for the wonderful mixing in this song. Really made it more beautiful than I imagined it would be. This was also something that was overlooked in Chant of Immortality. RainSnowHail also did the mixing for that one as well, and wasn't really given enough credit for it, in my opinion.

Chi-Chi's singing in this song was absolutely amazing. All I really did was sing a demo, send it to her, then she sang it, sent it back, and it was perfect. At least, that's what I remember, lol. Nothing really went wrong. It was fun, though. ^^

Relative1Pitch actually wrote the violin part for this song! I was amazed by how gorgeous it turned out! He really is one of the most talented violinists I know. I know without a doubt that this song would not be what it is without his amazing contribution of violin-playing.

six years later and it's only striking me how the Chant of Mirth feels the most serious and somber out of all of these. Which feels so ironic it had to have been intentional. Damn gorgeous though

Happiness is the most serious emotion you can share. Sharing it can seriously affect both the subject and the object of that happiness. Sharing happiness is possibly more impactful than sharing love because you can share happiness meaningfully with strangers and large groups at the same time. If you share happiness, love is bound to follow.
People meed to appreciate the most powerful things. Logically putting forst what madders most and not blocking other things that madder most with our efforts. Joy is bacically the fundemental treasure. Kindness is order. If we are not one, we will fall apart.
Seven years listening to this chant and I'm still crying like the first time... You don't know it, 4everfree, but you saved me from a dark fate. I'm thankful for that...

I was expecting this to be an upbeat, fast-paced song, like Pinkie Pie's personality. Even though it was the complete opposite of that, I LOVE IT.

This really resonates with me. I haven't walked the path of pure joy for so long... I barely remember it. This song makes me feel warm and safe. It's like... it's like a hug from my mother. Warm, soothing, something I can count on to be there if I need it.

That giggle at the end always gets me. It's a nice touch, I love it. Very faint, but when you did this chant(not forgetting Chi-Chi, of course, just using "you", as in all of you), you made it seem as if Pinkie is either dead or in another world or dimension, all alone. Why? Where is she?
My take is that twilight is the only one remaining and these chants are remembrances of the friends she held so dear

Its been a long time since brony songs have made me cry. And I must admit, both this and chant of imortality have succeeded in making me cry. The beauty of the songs and the truth behind them is amazing. The harmonies in the chorus send chills down my spine every time I listen to either. Its amazing that somthing so beautiful can come from an insperation based on a "little girls show" and this is why I love he fandom. Because it inspires greatness. I have always had a love of music and harmonies, and your chant series has made me very happy. I look forward to your next one. Thank you for doing what you do.

This is one of my favorite brony songs. It reminds me of my mental pain and gives me a mix of melancholy, joy, hope and sadness.

From time to time I come back to listen to all of the chants. Just to remember how I used to feel before I left the Brony fandom for just full on Furry one, shedding some tears at times of thinking to come back. I'm still thankful that some of the best Brony music creators are still continuing their work.

Both this and Chant of immortality are songs that I used to help me get over the breakup between me and my boyfriend on the Christmas day of 2014, unfortunately I associate them with that sad event now but the songs are just so beautiful that I can't help but listen to them over and over, even when they bring me to tears and I force myself to close whichever one I happen to be listening to at the time (in this case Mirth) after about 5 minutes I would have already typed in the other chant and be listening to that one, thank you sir for producing such beautiful music and thank you for listening to my rambling attempt at praise.

Bro this song describes some art or knowlage of happyness I must have knew in premortal life. But like right not is an unnusual time where that place is replaced by upsetness. This almost never happends. It only happends when I really feel like an enimy to the world. I still want to aknowlage the problems but yall are not mh enimy.
