Hey everyone no crypto/economics video this week because I had to replace the battery on my hp pavilion power 15 series computer. It is an older machine, and there aren't a ton of videos out there, so I figured I would make this video showing you how to replace the battery on your hp pavilion laptop. which battery did you buy? I am afraid to buy a compatible battery but I cant find the original hp anymore

I removed the damaged battery and I'm plugging the laptop in when I'm going to use it, just like I would a PC and it works just fine.

can you use any 15 series pavilion battery? I have the same laptop

its showing CMOS CHECKSUM is invalid . CMOSRESET 502

CMOS is just an internal battery that keeps time and settings when your computer isn't connected to the battery/power. If the computer is more than a few years old, you can replace the CMOS battery. I think the CMOS on my computer is probably dead also, but it still works fine.
