I put HD leaf springs on a 2006 lincoln mark lt 2wd and now it raised it up 25 inch from middle of wheel to base. Front is at 20 1/2. Not sure how the lift spacers work
Ordered the 2.75" leveling Kit with Fox 2.0 at all corners and a King Steering stabilizer. I think it shipped today so super excited to get it installed. Ive got a 2024 Ram 2500 4x4 Cummins. I love the dead level look even a tad higher in front..no not squat just a slight increase. I'll post once installed.
The most important consideration is caster angle, if you're going to do this you must ajust caster, or drop your control arm rear mounts. Not fixing caster induces high risk of death wobble. I have built many trucks.
I really wish you guys offered a shorter coil option for 2nd gens. I want softer coils and a bit of leveling in the front (1.5" would be ideal), but I believe your 2.5" coils will put it dead level and with any moderate load it's going to be squatting, and I really don't want to add any lift to the rear, the truck is already tall enough when it comes to using it for truck things.
What is the set up on this truck? I think it looks perfect and is what I want. Is that the .5” lower in the rear and .5” lift in the front? Looks great!
Most people do not want a DEAD level truck ?? aaaa yes i do and so do most of the people i know ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, And as a follow up . I got the thuren kit with remote res foxes, added 37" Toyo AT3s. and it is day and night difference in ride . I could not be happier. There counter people are awesome and helpful . I got the front and rear track Bars. and rear foxes as well. all i think i need is the factory rear dual rate springs in the rear are stiffer than my new fronts. so i think I will upgrade. I have the 2020 power wagon and i also run airbags in the rear with the daystar cradles from Thuren. They work perfect.
Thanks for the schooling on taking the proper measurements. I personally like a slightly nose high truck or dead level at the least. Got a 98 12 valve on Thuren shocks and coils💪, love them. Wish they made more component parts for the ol 12valves 😢.
I know im asking randomly but does anyone know a way to get back into an instagram account..? I somehow forgot the account password. I love any tricks you can offer me
@@dthuren How about for an 01 QC/LB dually. I currently have a carli 3.0 kit with deaver leafs but I want a better ride. At some point I'm going to get some radius arms made up(don't like dt arms) with your coils and move the mounts run your lt leafs. Would the 2" coils be the mast match there as well?
Awesome Mr. Don! I was hoping to get some videos done soon in the future as well for you guys! Super excited to see the new shop as well! Looking forward to more and upcoming videos.
So I have a question, I just got a 22 2500 with factory ram self leveling air air bags in the rear. What I like is I can lower it one inch in the rear for a leveled look or for a trailer. I want to do 2 inches in the front and 1 inch links in the back. Will I still have rake? So when I hit trailer alt height I still get a dead leveled look?
On the 2nd gen would it work if you measured from the ground to the quarter panels front and rear of the truck since the wheel openings are different front and rear?
is there a spring settling time? like when you install the springs brand new will they sit high at first and after sometime they come down to the actual advertised height?
I added 17x9 wheels with correct offset on 35 inch toyo mt. For ride quality i chose 1/2" taller front coils, adj front track bar, rear track bar, and new shocks front and rear. 2020 pwr wagon. Ride improved, about 1/2" rake. Love it.
Good to see the videos! I have a 2005 Cummins with some of these goodies waiting in my ‘shopping cart’ online. Debating on doing remote shocks and keep factory leafs vs overland shock and full leaf replacement. I’m leaning towards full lead replacement. A video may tempt me...
I actually haul heavy items in the bed of my truck like bags of cement and lumber, as well as towing a skid steer. I didn't by a 3500 to pose or jump berms. I have an ATV for that. I hate the look of a sagging rear when a truck is doing what is designed to do.
I appreciate the DROP in the rear end with a 2" front for the leveling system you showed here, the rear of these trucks are so dang tall, getting moto bikes in and out has become a chore. The last thing I want to do is to raise the rear even further. Any chance of you doing a Carli vs Thuren video to show pros and cons of the two systems?
@@dthuren I know. I'm just kidding Don. It is interesting how the angle viewed plays tricks on the eyes. Mine is leveled too, and it does look nose high sometimes depending how I look at it.
I was told to measure from ground to bottom of wheel well. Most are a 2.5-3 inch difference from front to back. I have not measured a new 2500 with airbags but my new 3500 is about an inch to 1.5 difference from front to rear. I would like to raise it more to have space between the wheel wells
I just got a 2021 2500 diesel with factory airbags in the rear. I measured my truck and it sits 1.5" lower in the front. Now I don't know which coil spring kit to get- the 1" or the 2". I don't like nose high, but I'd like it dead level. I wish he made a 1.5" level for my rig...

Does that mean I need a 4 1/2 inch spacer?
Most useless video ever, can we get someone who doesn't complain and actually talk about the products?
I don't want my truck level because what it's used for .. it's not a pavement princess it's a work truck but also made for play too
that's bullshit. nobody wants lower in the front
I like how all the "negative" comments were deleted😂😂😂 Just leaving the "wow" "thanks" "very informative"
Do you know the concerns they mentioned?
I went 3in on the front and it's nose high. 2022 ram 2500 hemi.
Air rear or stock rear coils?

Here's an insiders take: Don't level lift your truck. Ever.
Hey brother, what’s your set up? I just picked up the same truck and I like your set up.
The most important consideration is caster angle, if you're going to do this you must ajust caster, or drop your control arm rear mounts. Not fixing caster induces high risk of death wobble.
I have built many trucks.
That’s why when I put the 2” leveling kit on my truck I also did 2” leaf spring blocks as well
What size wheels and tires? That setup is clean.
How are yall able to price your parts cheaper than carli ? Lol
Looking to do a 2.5 rear, 3.0 front
This truck sitting on 37s or 38s. I'm thinking about this settup for my 23 dually auto air assist
I like that truck, that is just level kit and 35" tires?
2" front, 1/2" lowered rear, and 37" tires!
Great looking truck... I especially like the wheels don't stick out their Even with the body

Air bags: I go from ugly squat, to good looking level, to awesome looking normal truck.
What’s the wheel and tire size? Also who does installation for you guys in central CA near Fresno

If you measure off of the bottom of the rocker does it still measure level?
You guys need to hurry up and figure out what is needed for the new ram 3500's.
Going to do 2.75" springs on a 2018 ram 2500 do I need the track bar?
I think the hood height vs. bed height at actual level messes with peoples eyes / perception. Looks perfect the way you've got it IMO......
Size tire & rims on this truck? What the offset to
Always want a 1 inch rake for towing unless y'all got air bags.
How do you fix highway vibration after leveling kit
Good video....when do I get a tour of the new place ??
Wheres videos of 19+ ram 1500?
I like the dead level look. Maybe I'm just weird I guess.
Dang man u have to b persice on when ordering from yall 😒
On an 06 QC/LB dually with alien arms and 3.0s are the Xtra soft coils a better match with the long travel leafs or are the 3" coils the best option?
3" coils would match our LT better for sure!

2022 3500 srw mines 1-5/8 rake
What is the rim tire size?? You must have the alien radius arms installed to clear those things but it looks amazing
